Dr. Todaro is one of the most intelligent, articulate, and patient pharmacists I have ever worked with. He answers questions with compassion and clarity. Absolutely amazing
I was visiting from out of town and had questions about over-the-counter meds for my children. I can't explain it. He just gave me the confidence in his input.. Most importantly, his suggestions and knowledge about the meds I needed for my kids, was accurate and true

Very friendly and professional staff, with a great availability of medicine. I got my prescription filled in no time at all.

Usually prompt service from the pharmacist here. The only improvement I'd suggest is notifying customers via text when the prescription is ready.

The staff is always very helpful. I can immediately speak with a staff member when I call. I've had bad experiences at other retail pharmacies like CVS (can't speak with a human when you call, long wait times), so I appreciate that I can always speak with someone at Shop Rite Pharmacy and they always follow up. The pharmacists have helped answer my rx questions clearly.

Staff has always been helpful and courteous. This is our go to pharmacy! When something isn't in stock, they order it for you and text/call you when it is ready for pick up. Very convenient.

My husband has high blood pressure and needs his medication. My husband I called this pharmacy and ask for his prescription to be refilled. There were two prescriptions so he specifically told her which one he needed ,due to the cause we can only afford one. And that was the blood pressure medicine. The woman who answered the phone I'm assuming it's not the pharmacist and it's the cashier. So this person who supposedly reordered the medication she I told my husband okay I'm just going to press this button and wait for the request from your doctor blah blah blah request comes back they give us a call and say your medications here we ask and want medication it was not the blood pressure medication. I'm no rocket scientist but my assumption is that the person who clicked this button to request a reorder of the blood pressure pills is not qualified to do this job because they had no idea what the blood pressure medicine was called. On that note, my husband and I go to the pharmacy and get his blood pressure checked because now he's acting weird and sick I said go get it checked and let's see from there whether we have to go to the hospital. It kept reading 170 175 179 180 all these readings they were making my husband do all this time and in the same breath this lady was telling my husband oh my gosh I don't know how your functioning with over 170 blood pressure. I instantly have an anxiety attack my heart's beating a mile a minute and told my husband get up let's go we're going to the hospital after I heard that comment. Please do something about this please get people in the pharmacy that know where they're doing please stop hiring people just to fill in your Void you're going to hurt somebody not only you going to hurt my husband you're hurting his loved ones the families need to take this seriously it's not a loaf of bread on the Shelf

I am checking out and I am wearing a mask cause my mom is 97 and the checkout lady is sniffling and wipping her nose and touching all of my food for my mom and I told her that I am shopping for my mom, she has no mask on and she is sniffling, everytime she wipped her nose she should have cleaned her hands with hand cleaner but she didn't.I try my hardest to keep my mom alive but I shouldn't come here any Moreland I won't.

Stopped in for several items on the shopping list and toured most of this gigantic store. Lots of variety in the gluten-free section although prices are higher than other products. Store aisles were clean and organized. When we were checking out the Fresh Fish Department we were asked if we could be helped by two cheerful employees. Also appreciated the parking for handicapped persons right up front across from the store's entrance. I'll return whenever I am back in the area.

Basically pharmacist lied to me and said my medication needed to be ordered and wouldn’t be ready until Monday. That was BS. They had it in stock. My doctor called and confirmed they had the med in stock . Completely rude to my doctor.

The management has decided to all but eliminate the smaller shopping carts. Not only has the supply been dwindling each day but the carts that are left are moved further and further from the entrance doors. This is despite the fact that these carts are hugely popular due to their easy maneuverability. Before these carts were removed they were so popular that you had to rush to get one.So why is the management be moving toward the eliminating something that was so popular with the customers?Bad customer service

This ShopRite took a defunct pre-existing store and has spent the entire existence there trying to adapt it to their needs. Because of this, it lacks the same luxurious feel of stores built to be ShopRites from the ground up, but, on the other hand, it is by far the most accessible store to many of us in the northern part of Hunterdon County. Additionally, to those of us multi-tasking when we are out, in the same smaller plaza, there is a Wal-Mart. As for the ShopRite, I find the quality of the produce and the deli to be on par with the same departments in larger stores, the personnel to be just as helpful, and the service to be just as good. Does it get busy about the time school lets out? You bet, but I could say the same about any grocery store that is surrounded by a variety of schools. It may not be the store for those wanting seating to eat in the store, but it does fit the needs of the community it serves. If you don't like the parking lot, try to visit at other than peak times.

I’m not sure where these low reviews come from; I switched here from another nearby Shoprite and it’s amazing how different the staff is. They’re kind, understanding, don’t treat you like an idiot (like Washington does), always have medications done on time, they CALL you if there is an issue with times, and not a lot of pharmacies actually do that. Jamie and Paige (Rphs) are really good at their job along with the technicians, esp Ann (I think her name is). Maybe it’s because I haven’t annoyed them(?). If you want your Rx ready when you get there, just call them. I’ve never had to wait more than 1-2 minutes and that’s only been because of people in front of me. The one issue I have about Shoprite pharmacies as a whole is they don’t send text messages, but I believe they will be eventually.
