I’ve been waiting here since 4:45 am. Says they open at 5am. So finally someone pulls up. 5:30am store still not open. Kid gets out of car looks under his hood I ask what time they open. Says 5am. He blatantly ignores me twice. 5:55am customers come and go. They ask for gas or to get in the store and what time it opens. So punky Brewster walks out and yells at everyone even this big black dude and he was ready to knock out punky Brewster. ?. They asked nicely what time they open and punky screamed I DON’T know!! ???? I’m rolling around in laughing so hard!! They lost out on 15 customers…no lie. I called this little boy punky Brewster because he was small and what he was wearing. All he was missing was rainbow suspenders. Right there was a sign how bad this place is. Funny how they reply to people saying they’ll look into it and 11 months later here I am experiencing it. All he had to say to people was I’m sorry we are running into issues. Not sure when we will be open. Then all these customers would understand. ??♂️. But no since Covid 19 if it didn’t kill you I just might have made you into a worse human being.

Stopped at Speedway for some gas, like people do. Not too busy, just me and a jeep. Younger guy attendant standing at pumps I pulled up to, but walks over to handle the jeep. No problem. I pop my gas door, get my CC ready and wait. And wait. And wait. It's been 4-5 mins, definitely enough time for the guy to get back...but no. Maybe I've slipped through a hole in space and I'm actually in PA where self-serve is the way. I get out to check, but I'm still in NJ. Ok, I scout for our attendant, checking to see if the guy in the jeep ate him, but they're just standing there having a conversation. Ok, I'll wait some more. Tick-tock and another 3 mins of my life slip away. I get out again, close my gas door and start getting into my truck. Just then, our ambitious "speedway" attendant comes round the pump and says "hey". Does that mean "what do you need?" or maybe he means "sorry for the delay?" I don't know. He said "hey" and I'm all out of time trying to figure out what awful service system he's got going on. As I start my truck, I see him throw his arms wide in the universal sign of "What the hell?" with a scowl on his face. He is confused because he must be used to people accepting his lazy, slow walk and subpar communication skills. "Speedway" must mean something different than I thought. Thank you for attending my ted talk.

stopped here on my way to work for gas. filled my tank. 45 bucks. next thing i know im getting an email that someone used my card number for a 126$ transaction here!! prob the crack head guy who pumped my gas!!! unacceptable

Just went to Speedway for gas and no one was at booth for 5 minutes .then the attandant walked over to me and said he was on his break and if i wanted to wait a half hour I could .this is inexcusable service and piss poor management.always had good friendly service for years .won't be coming back again.please hire better employees.

Pulled up to get gas. After waiting for several minutes at the pump, gas attendant comes by to tell us and the car behind us that he was on break and turns us away, so we left.
