“By default, after an accident in Flemington, my car got towed here. I was not getting my car repaired here ultimately, but I needed to deal with insurance and arrange for another tow. The woman in the office was extremely helpful, letting me sit at her desk and use her phone to make necessary arrangements. Then she got on the phone with insurance to finalize arrangements, and she helped me with the necessary paperwork to present to my insurance company. I am extremely appreciative of the kindness and assistance in a stressful situation, when I was not even their customer. Good customer service is rare, but Art's had mastered the "art" of helping the public.”

He was so kind, so understanding he truly helped me in that moment with such grace and I couldn't be more thankful. The situation I was in late that evening with the confusion on orders and times. But Shawn came to the rescue and i just went to give him such a huge shout out! To the rude guy at the front who screamed at me for no reason as I explained myself to the lady standing there as I walked in trying to make long story short and he was the meanest that I legit was held back tears and didn't respond because he's my elder. “Came in to get my water pump changed after a leak and he ordered the parts. Took a few days for them to come in and he fixed it within a day. Prices were fair. Hes very knowledgeable and also showed me before and after pictures. I left very satisfied.”

From the moment I arrived, Joe was quick to greet me and assist with the check-in process. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was clearly explained before work began.
The service itself was completed within the time frame Joe initially provided, which I really appreciated. After the work was done, Manager Kyle and Supervisor Emily both took the time to go over the details of what had been performed on my vehicle.
