It was a very pleasant experience. In the past I had my vehicle serviced at another location. It was much more cunbersome and I was there for hours. I found this visit to be quick and to the point. I will definitely return. I also encouraged my partner to bring his vehicle there as well.

Scheduled an oil change at 7 am. Norman greeted me at the car and got the process started right away. I was done and on the road in under 40 minutes. Much better then go to a quick lube center

Shuttle wasn't available despite booking for shuttle. Nobody called to inform me. They forgot to hand me back wheel lock. Good thing I checked.

Made an appointment for service and they called an hour later to cancel it saying the call center didn’t know they were short staffed on the day of the appointment. Told to call the scheduler’s personal direct number to bypass the call center. Really? Sounds like extremely poor management to me!

Terrible experience with this Toyota dealer’s service. Took my Lexus here to get the spark plugs replaced since it’s nearby, but they didn’t do it right. The spark plugs were left loose, causing my car to shake at high speeds. I had to go to the Lexus dealer to spend extra and get a full diagnostic, only to find out it was a simple issue with the loose spark plugs. They fixed it, but I wasted time and money because of Toyota’s sloppy work.
Another bad experience was last year when I brought my car in for maintenance here. They told me I needed to replace all four rotors and pads, which made no sense since I’d just replaced the rear pads and resurfaced the rear rotors less than 2 years ago, with less than 20,000 miles on them. They claimed the rear pads were at 3/10, and quote for replacing rotors and pads was insanely high. I took it to the Lexus dealer in Bridgewater, and they told me my rear brakes were perfectly fine, with the rear pads at 7/10. All I needed was to replace the front rotors and pads. It’s insane, and I couldn’t believe even Lexus quoted me lower than the Toyota dealer for the same parts. Unbelievable I’m never going back here again because of their dishonest and poor service.

Service is extremely slow and very expensive. Got a tire alignment, and it came out to be worse than before. I was also having a problem with my blower motor fan and wanted them to have a look at it. They wanted $500+ dollars to change it. I bought the part for $40 online and took me half an hour to install it from start to finish. Any work done here will make you wait in the hours, for example, 2 hours for an oil change.

Called to ask about the 2nd key for the Grand Highlander. There was some difficulty getting the key sent to Clinton as one had already been sent for my vehicle to another dealer halfway across the country. However, Kate (was amazing!) and whoever else was involved worked to get the problem corrected and followed up periodically to update me. On the day of programming, service writer Casey was efficient and friendly. Got a minor issue with the map light housing corrected same day as well so thank you to the technician. Nice big waiting area. Hope to continue frequenting this establishment!

I’m glad others have had good results but we have not. Simple oil change request a few weeks ago - a splash panel was left dangling on the road, and the Need Oil Replacement soon was still lit up on the dashboard. Had to take the car to another Toyota dealer in Conn to get the panel fixed for $90. Went to get the money reimbursed from Clinton Toyota and all I get is promises of phone calls back that don’t occur! Not going back again.
