I love when I call Unity Bank. An actual human being answers the phone and they are always helpful. No waiting on hold. No prompts. Just good old fashion customer service.
I’ve worked with the branches and the mortgage department. Excellent service in both departments.

Best bank ever. Can't even think of a close second. And I have done my share of banking dealing with loans etc. Best customer service hands down.

They were very nice and efficient. I spoke to them on the phone of what I wanted to do with my mature CD. When I got to the branch they had all the paperwork ready for me all I needed to do was sign. Very easy. I appreciate their service.
