Horrible horrible staff. Why can't we have nice people working in our lovely town post office? If you hate your job so much then get another one. We deserve so much better. I avoid this post office even though it is so close to my home. I would rather go to Pittstown or Annandale. The staff there are wonderful.

The woman that works here on Tuesday morning Isadora is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Considering all of the review on here are about her I’m not the only one with this experience- Came in with 10 packages all prepaid all she had to do was scan them and she was livid. Isn’t that what the postal service is for? It seems like she really didn’t want to be working there maybe she should try a different profession- would definitely recommend a different post office I won’t be returning and will be calling to report her continuous rude behavior it’s so unnecessary and extremely unprofessional.

I had a disappointing experience during my passport appointment at Clinton Post Office . The staff member, Isodora, was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing helpful guidance, she was dismissive and made the process unnecessarily stressful.
I expected a more courteous and efficient service, especially for something as important as a passport application. Better customer service and professionalism would make a huge difference.
I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for others. I would not recommend this location unless improvements are made.

We had an appointment for passports and a family of 5. We needed to redo some documents and retake our pictures. This caused us to take longer than expected. Isodora was patient, kind, helpful and professional. Throughout the process of helping us, she also had to take care of the rest of the services by other customers. I couldn't tell you how refreshing it was to also see a postal worker on a first name bases with so many customers. She is clearly a jewel in her community and a national treasure to the postal service community!

I came into this location few days back. Really rude and unkind employees at this location They dont treat you like a custoner but as a burden they need to dispose off quickly. Isadora had a really bad attitude and I would not want to go to this post office again

Isodora, Kimberly, and Heather are the best!!! We are very lucky to have them part of the US Post Office team. They greet us with kindness, smiles, and lots of positivity everytime we come in, and I observe the same with everyone they interact with. Always willing to go above and beyond to assist with our postal shipping needs.

We had an appointment at 11:45 we arrived at 11:40. Realizing we needed to fill up a form, the staff Isadora gave us a blue pen to complete the form. After completing the form she told us to redo the form on black color ink pen. We completed the form at 11:50, she is processing 12:00 appointment already till 12:10, then told us no more time for us we need to rebook the appointment. Very rude , impatient and treated us very badly, unlike people before us. Discrimination is obvious and it was a very bad experience.
6 days later we came back ti complete the process, this lady next window just can't stop bullying us, saying to another customer, some people just can't read it says black ink.
Wow! Post office please filter staff with healthy mind and at least as mature.

I was baffled and apalled at the way I was treated today. My printer at home was broken, so I was unable to print my own label. I walked into the office with the address and package ready to go, but the women told me she can't make me a label. I said "okay no problem" and left. Thankfully I was able to print the label to an office printer in town. I reentered the post office 5 minutes later and told her "I got it printed, may I please use the tape? She rolled her eyes and told me "We don't supply the packing materials as show slowly turned around and sauntered to the tape. I told her "I understand, I've been shipping for 15 years." She gave me nasty looks and tone and I told her "It's okay, I'll go somewhere else." She began to raise her voice and tell me "I don't like it when people act like I have to do something for them". I responded calmly, "Maam, I said may I please, You can say no". Nor did I ask her to tape the label for me. She continued to raise her voice and say "Well am I getting it for you?" And at that point it wasn't worth interacting with her anymore. As a small business and USPS shipper for 15 years, she could not provide nor respectfully decline my kindly asking for two strips of tape. Kindness isn't that difficult.

Isodora is absolutely amazing! Had a passport appointment for our 1.5 year old who is NOT a fan of the camera and she was so patient, understanding and helpful. We genuinely couldn't have done it without her!! 10/10 recommend this location!
