I was baffled and apalled at the way I was treated today. My printer at home was broken, so I was unable to print my own label. I walked into the office with the address and package ready to go, but the women told me she can't make me a label. I said "okay no problem" and left. Thankfully I was able to print the label to an office printer in town. I reentered the post office 5 minutes later and told her "I got it printed, may I please use the tape? She rolled her eyes and told me "We don't supply the packing materials as show slowly turned around and sauntered to the tape. I told her "I understand, I've been shipping for 15 years." She gave me nasty looks and tone and I told her "It's okay, I'll go somewhere else." She began to raise her voice and tell me "I don't like it when people act like I have to do something for them". I responded calmly, "Maam, I said may I please, You can say no". Nor did I ask her to tape the label for me. She continued to raise her voice and say "Well am I getting it for you?" And at that point it wasn't worth interacting with her anymore. As a small business and USPS shipper for 15 years, she could not provide nor respectfully decline my kindly asking for two strips of tape. Kindness isn't that difficult.

I've always had a good experience at the Clinton Post Office. The staff at this location are always friendly and courteous. I'm greeted with a smile or hello every time. Kudos to the entire team for exemplifying exceptional customer service.

Isodora is absolutely amazing! Had a passport appointment for our 1.5 year old who is NOT a fan of the camera and she was so patient, understanding and helpful. We genuinely couldn't have done it without her!! 10/10 recommend this location!

The staff here are fantastic. I had to take my toddler here for a passport photo. He was uncooperative and cried a quite a bit. Staff were so friendly, patient and accommodating. Great location and always parking available .

The folks at the post office get paid, right? Isodora behind the counter acts as if she’s volunteering, and the customers are annoying her. Awful attitude.

Heather the new post master took over and it’s really gone down hill. Confrontational to customers. Just be kind it’s not hard, you will get kindness back. There is also a male postman who just shouts in the back area mouthing off about grievances in life.

Grateful to find a post office with later hours on a Saturday. Genuinely pleasant and patient staff helped myself and a line of others send off some last minute packages and answer questions.

Zero stars. Rude, unhelpful even nasty. I try to avoid them as well. USPS reps at the counter should be replaced. Basic courtesy isn't in their vocabulary.

Unfriendly…… slow….. the lady is very out of breathe acting like it’s my fault for bothering her while she’s working, but maybe she needs to be reminded I am the customer, and it’s nice to at least acknowledge my presence in a somewhat nice manner. She was highly irritated that I asked to use her tape. And I think she even worked slower to be irritating, interesting train of thought this woman.

I don’t know why these mail carriers apply for the job if they don’t want to do it right, I’m always receiving notices telling me that they came to my door with a package that needed to be signed but nobody answered. I’m always home! For years I’ve dealt with this issue in this community. By far the worst postal service I’ve ever had to deal with! Why are you lazy? Just walk yourself out of your little jeep and bring it to a front door? You have ONE JOB!!!

Staff is horrible, went for a passport appointment, lady is extremely rude, did not properly do my passport had to come back and redo the passport. This is completely unacceptable, had an appointment was not taken on time. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I must say that their service and helpfulness at this location has deteriorated considerably. They will not accept overseas packages after a certain time, and they are unfriendly and unapologetic about it. I agree with one of the reviewers who has witnesses brashness by some employees. Postal management/ governance issues should not to be passed on onto customers in this manner.

Ordered from Amazon. Apparently box too heavy for mail person. It would take a dolly . So just leave it . At the bottom no where near my condo . The clinton post office strikes again

I have lived in town now for the past 15 years, and have used that post office quite a bit, since I sell a lot of items on eBay and Craigslist. Consistently a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Especially helpful in advising me the most affordable way to ship something. The carriers are also wonderful people and always make sure my packages never get wet or damaged. After reading some of the negative comments on here, I am wondering if the people writing the review were just having a bad day and were just venting, because I have no idea what they are talking about!
