“After dropping off my 2013 Mustang GT, there was a point when I was getting irritated with this place. My repairs were taking longer and costing more than we had initially discussed. I was losing my patience.... But then I picked up my car two days ago and I could not be happier. I told Jose that I wanted it to look like new and he took that seriously. It looks like I just drove it off the dealer's lot 13 years ago! He even detailed the interior and I didn't ask him to do that. The thing is immaculate. I went from being embarrassed that I let my Mustang get so run down to being damn proud of my car again. I highly, highly recommend this place. If you have a car that you want restored, Jose will go above and beyond to make it look like new.”

“I recently had the pleasure of having my dented Lexus es350 repaired at Car Kraft of Englewood. My estimator, Ethan was able to see me immediately. His estimate was thorough and I received a written estimate within a few hours. While it was not the least expensive (it was literally the average of the highest and lowest of three), I felt it was reasonable. The work was to have taken a week to week and a half. I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back in four days. The work was immaculate and the cost was 20% less than the estimate. Finally, no one at Car Kraft asked me to write a review. I can recommend this business without reservation.”

“I review very little but felt compelled to write this immediately after returning home from my service appointment today. Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. They’ve earned any future business from me and I’m extremely grateful.”

“nothing but positives with these guys!! Got my 2019 WRX used on Jan 2, 2026, brought it to them to look it over and let me know any mods or tuned, they did just that. I went stage 1 with them, had them do all the installs, carbon scraped the car, installed upgraded intercooler/charge pipe, boost solenoid (car had a cai and exhaust, no tune). Dyno tuned, awesome car, great driving! Then went stage 2 by adding the downpipe, added cobb aos again all via Prime, dyno tuned again...I didn't initially have a cobb access port, it was flash tuned, so the software didn't do it properly and JR had explained it all to me himself yesterday after retuning it 2 months after the initial stage 2 tune. I got an access port, went back to Prime yesterday 8/4/2026, JR took care of the car, found a vacuum leak as well, retuned her with my access port, car feels great!!! so happy!! didn't charge me a dollar either, great guys, they treat everyone very personally even if it's your 1st time walking in. CANNOT BE HAPPIER!!”
