I needed to replace my front two tires due to side wall puncture. I felt the quality of work was exceptional. I could tell they were very thorough and did not try to rush through the job. I would definitely comeback for any other services.

Amazing experience. They provided a reasonable price and treated me like a person instead of a transaction. I was greeted from the moment, I came in and he took the time to explain what needed to be done with my vehicle. I appreciate the fact that he was willing to work with me on the price and he was able to complete the repair within a day and half so, I was able to have my car for my next work shift. The team here is friendly and are highly recommended. I traveled from Rockland county to this location because, every place I visited ripped me off with a high estimate and this location was worth every mile. My car looks brand new, and they even vaccumed and cleaned the car. My car looked like it just came out of a wash and I appreciate all their hard work. Thank you for all your hard work.

Positive experience with Northern Valley Auto Service - service was quick and well done for repairs on damages to the trunk door of my Jeep Grand Cherokee after being hit. The inspector for my lease return commented that the good quality of the work The price was very reasonable, less than half what others in the area were quoting, and I felt like Norman was honest and honorable - the kind of person you want to do business with. Norman is so friendly and helpful, and I'm so glad he helped me fix my headlight. When I initially called to inquire about bulbs, it went to the voicemail, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back within 5 minutes! Super great service! Will definitely be back for any future car issues. I highly recommend their service!
