I've been taking personal training classes with Stephanie for the past seven months now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I actually waited to hit my 6 months of training before leaving this review, as I really wanted to look back at my experience so far. And let me tell you that Stephanie has a wealth of knowledge and experience that she uses to create custom programs for her customers.Three times a week, I go to Stephanie for 30 minutes, and what sets her apart is the variety of classes she offers. Every session is different, and she uses a combination of machines and bodyweight exercises to keep things interesting and challenging. This approach keeps me engaged and motivated, and I always leave feeling like I've had a great workout. Even when I didn't feel like working out, I showed up and left energized. I'm still surprised when the 30 minutes are up, even after 7 months of training.In addition to the physical benefits of the class, I appreciate Stephanie's attention to my individual needs and goals. She not only helps me with my fitness goals but also offers nutrition guidance and eating plans to help me achieve the best results. Stephanie takes the time to understand my eating habits, preferences and goals, and she offers practical and achievable recommendations to help me stay on track and make healthy choices.I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone interested in advancing their fitness and nutrition to the next level! I'm so lucky to found this place.The owner's Kathy and Stephanie's are really nice and well training, also They are trained over 3 decades. If someone wants to work out I recommend Destination Fitness.I love work out with Kathy

I’ve been an active member of Destination Fitness since 2009. I started in my mid-40s with personal training and then joined the group weight training classes. The owners Kathy and Stephanie are top-notch trainers and experts in the field. Both are dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable and challenging workout no matter what your ability. They are also extremely knowledgeable in terms of helping you with eating plans and nutrition guidance for your weight loss efforts and healthy meal prep, along with coaching you each step of the way. In the time I’ve been a member, I’ve been able to successfully lose weight, maintain a consistent weight, build muscle and strength, and have fun. Guided by Stephanie or Kathy, the strength training workouts are great, and the other members are also great and supportive of each other. I love being a part of this group!

If you are looking for a coach that will push, motivate, and inspire you to become a stronger, slimmer and more energetic version of you this is the place. I hardly ever do reviews but Stephanie is simply phenomenal. I had not worked out in years, and had gained a ton of weight during the beginning of the pandemic. In the 7 months I’ve worked with her I feel and look like a new person. This gym is my happy place. I come here 3 times per week and lift some heavy stuff and spend time with the other awesome people in our group and work on building a stronger version of me. I couldn’t do without Stephanie’s support. 15/10 highly recommended.

I have been a true member of Destination Fitness for these past two years, and I can truly say that this place has become a beacon in my life. During the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Stephanie's workouts became a fixture in my life. I went from someone who was unmotivated to someone who cannot go 1 day without doing a workout. The studio is a warm, welcoming space with Kathy & Stephanie's constant encouragement & positivity. Both of them push you to your limits and love helping you grow. And the support from all of the women in our group classes is infectious. I highly recommend coming here to help you become your best self. Destination Fitness is a holistic approach to bettering your body and mind. Coach Stephanie is able to able to tailor your workout for optimum and lasting results and she is also able to provide nutrition plans that are realistic, sustainable and that get results. There are no judgements, only positive support. I highly recommend destination fitness.

No matter where you are in your fitness journey Destination Fitness will meet you there, encourage you, push you past your limits, and change your mindset. Steph and Kathy have built a community of acceptance and support. They've developed one-on-one nutrition programs, fitness routines as well as group fitness classes for every level of athleticism. On top of that, you are able to access an online community filled with at-home workouts, nutrition guides, and much more. There's never a dull moment or any lingering feelings of doubt. There's nothing stopping you once you've reached Destination Fitness.

I’ve been connected with Stephanie since early 2020. I made the decision to take my life back…during a time when I didn’t feel good about myself, going through a divorce and the pandemic. Stephanie has ALWAYS been my biggest cheerleader..giving encouragement and advice along the way. She knows what she’s doing!!! Forever grateful for getting out of my comfort zone ☺️ Thank you! Kathy and Stephanie walk the walk and talk the talk! True experienced professionals who care about every single person and their progress . The atmosphere is inclusive and non judge mental. No one cares how heavy you lift or if you can do 1 or 50’sit ups. Form and progress is key. I am so fortunate to have found this longstanding fitness studio . I have seen changes in my body in such a short time& the two women are willing and eager to share any nutrition tips as well

Stephanie has been a huge help in my health and fitness journey. Destination fitness is a perfect example of what a boutique gym should be.Not only do you have small group classes, but you have excellent, and very professional, attentive personal training. If it weren’t for the fact that I recently move out of state I’d still be utilizing both the classes, and the very professional and effective instruction that Stephanie has been so patient in directing me with. I recommend this gym to everybody and anybody.
