Kyle was amazing, had a breakdown in the middle of the street on 9w and he was there is no time and took care of me incredibly well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Was on my way to NY city with my daughter and my alternator went on my Nissan Pathfinder. These guys showed up in 20 minutes and were able to tow my vehicle back to upstate NY
I was very pleased with the driver Kevin. He was very personable and friendly

I've been with them for 3+ years (wish I found them sooner) and they are one of the very best in Bergen County. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and experienced. I mostly do annual oil change maintenance service with them on a 16 year old Volvo. I've gotten tires changed, wheel alignment adjusted and rear-view mirror replaced all at super competitive prices and done very quickly. They are very pleasant and friendly to deal with, your car is in good hands.

Had a nail stuck in my tire, was referred to DTR by a friend and they managed to get a brand new tire ordered for me the moment I called. It was delivered and replaced the next day it in no time with a price much lower than most places would offer for such a service. Very grateful to them for being able to help so quickly, I recommend this place highly for their personable staff and their efficiency. Thanks for the help!

I am a service manager at a high-line new car dealer. In this area, I had nothing but nightmare experience's with other tow companies helping our customers. One day, another company said they couldn't tow a customer's vehicle out of the garage but DTR could. He was nice enough to even give me DTR's number.
Since then, we have only used Matt and DTR. Not only are the best at what they do, myself and all of my staff love their drivers. As someone in the business, I could not recommend them enough.

These guys are excellent mechanics. They were referred to me from a buddy who owns a body shop. I drive nearly an hour to use them. They are honest and they stand behind their work. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

Been customer of DTR Service Center in Closter for years, although I hear they have been around for decades. Wonderful service, very fair prices, knowledgeable technicians and outstanding & friendly customer service, which is so rare these days! They work on my old car and my new model, so they’ve got you covered. They have always been very flexible about scheduling and I’m always glad to have my cars back on same day. They will take time to explain things and answer questions. Give them a try! You won’t be sorry.

I can't say enough good things about DTR Automotive & Towing! On a Sunday night in the summer, my car got stuck in park, and I was stranded. Kyle and Kevin showed up in just twenty minutes, which was incredibly fast. They handled my car with utmost care, especially considering the tricky situation. Using a dolly system, they carefully relocated my vehicle to the repair shop without causing any damage. Furthermore, their demeanor and willingness to get the job done carefully and quickly is not something you see these days and should be recognized.
