clean & casual place, attentive servers, and overall decent food for my hard to please taste buds.first time tried various dishes for lunch w/ my family & brothers. 잡채밥 & 라조기 were decent; 짜장면 was better than expected w/o commending sweet flavor unlike many other restaurants. however, 짬뽕, being one of a few (including 짜장면) which i've low expectations after numerous failed trials, was subpar for me.

Terrible service. Felt constantly ignored. When we did ask for something we were always given an attitude, especially from the older lady. There were 3 of us there and all of us got our meals about 10 minutes apart from each other. I ended up not tipping (I ALWAYS tip). The one guy confronted me about tipping and told him all of my reasons. Instead of him apologizing to me, he just rolled his eyes and walked away. We will never go back again. If you’re not going to show any respect for your customers then you don’t deserve our time or money.

Try their Jang-ban jjajang. It is for 2 serving and is surprisingly good with a little kick to it.(Maybe too spicy for kids)Thier dumplings and fried beef with sweet and sour sauce is very good as well.

recently my wife cut the inside part of her mouth on a broken piece of dish amongst the food. spoke to the owner and she apologized but wouldn't let us order anything else or replace with same dish. she said we could only order more noodles because kitchen was closing in 30 minutes. the worst part was she still charged us for the partially eaten food. this was recently. This was the third and last straw. We didn't argue. We're just not going to go back .

I feel like the taste has been upgraded recently. The taste seems to be pursuing traditional Korean Chinese food rather than spicy food. It has a distinctive green side and is always crowded with people on weekends. It's inconvenient that the table is a bit small. I wish there was a Jjajangmyeon Jjambbong combo menu.

Bowl of noodles took 40 minutes to come out, despite asking a few times in between. Many tables that arrived after us had been served. The manager started making excuses w/o an apology and it didn't feel good...

Very rude. Food is below average. The owners are never appreciated.I personally gave them 3 chances. Consistently bad. Never going back.

I went to the restaurant before the pandemic. The food and service were both good at that time. Today just visited it again and they changed a lot. Food was not ok. We ordered fried pork price is $28 which was mainly onion with tiny small amount of fork can even be seen as seasoning. The service was terrible. None of their staffs smiled at you when we were except the nice Mexican fellow. They were inpatient when you ask simple question neither asked what you needed during the entire meal. They could be called rude compared to regular restaurants. When we needed fork or napkins, we had to go to the front counter to serve ourselves. Will never go there again.

Place has changed from 5 years ago. Still good. On the pricier side. Service was good this last time time. The time before the servers were very curt, which I guess is expected for the metro area. Much friendlier and timely service. The food Jjajangmyun, Kkampungi, Tangsuyuk were all very good. Ambiance has a small Korean restaurant feel to it.

Went here on a whim with my boyfriend and we got the shredded beef with chives and steamed bun and we were extremely disappointed. The food tasted great but there was literally no meat in our dish and it’s a $26 meal. When I asked the waiter about it he didn’t say much and the other waiter (older lady) said that the vegetable and buns were expensive. They also only gave us 5 small buns for soo much vegetable. It’s just unfortunate. We really wanted to like it but they didn’t do anything to address our complaint.

This place is changed now food tastes awful and expensive I’m sorry I had to give 2 stars most. Anybody wants real true taste from Korea go to h mart food court in Edison nj or little ferry h mart guarantee you’ll enjoy it.

Unpretentious and simple but extremely fast service and the dumplings are outstanding. Probably a family run business and I like to support that. Went in for take out on a Friday night and order was done in about 5 minutes. Fast and tasty!

We ordered the Kkanpunggi with sauce on the side. Foods are tasty and portion is good.
