Worst costumer service. Closter location. Two blond girls, (manager) the rudest person. Don’t try to exchange or return something. Is impossible

What a wonderful store with very helpful and knowledgable employees. The girl who helped me out today was very patient. She also wrapped a gift card I bought in a little bag with tissue. Very pretty!

I've been a loyal customer of Lululemon for 5+ years and I like the product. However, customer services at this specific location are not friendly at all. They need to be more welcoming and inclusive.

Love lululemon and the Closter location seems to have a lot of stock, which is convenient since I use the order and pick up in store feature often. As always, I appreciate the honest feedback and guidance from the staff, who also don’t pressure you to buy. Don’t miss the “we made too much” page on their site. There are always great deals in store and online.

Location:Little shop in the strip mall, have always had a good experience here. Staff is friendly and welcoming, have always helped my family and took care of my shopping needs, not sure why some reviews are so negative but thats not how it is for me and we’re here monthly…Clothing:Best mens clothing. I don’t understand how long it took Lulu to finally start marketing to men. There was nothing in the market for breathable, light, athletic pans and shirts that can be worn casual or even business casual. My whole wardrobe is lululemon now, from athletic to leisure to casual wear. I love it and recommend every one to drop jeans and chinos and get in to lulus.

Rude, unfriendly, immature, pompous attitude Lululemon workers at their Closter, NJ store. Not sure what happened because in the past, their Closter staff was so nice and helpful. Now the staff seems to only want to be friendly and helpful to people of a certain race / ethnicity. (Example: I walked into the store, and no "hello" nothing from any Lululemon worker. I see a Lululemon male worker standing further away by the register, looking straight ahead and clearly sees me. A few minutes later, a woman (of a different race) walks in, an immediate "hello" from the same male worker to this woman, and he walks upfront towards her, and I'm literally standing close to the woman. Then a female worker comes to the same woman, greeting her. Then two more women (different race too) come in. An immediate greeting to them too! By then, I'm walking around past workers and nothing. I'm holding items in my hands/arms and sifting through merchandise to find my size, etc. I see and hear a few other female workers greeting the other women. Then at one point, I'm standing next to a woman who is sifting through sports bras (like me) to find her size. Well, a female worker goes up to her right away and offers her help. And, I'm standing right there still sifting through to find my size. WOW! Then finally... that female worker asks me if I need a size. She didn't say hello ... nothing. One of the same workers who eagerly right away greeted/offering her help to the other customers.) They make you feel so uncomfortable stepping foot to shop there. The "air" in there is negatively thick. It almost feels like going to high school, being judged by your appearance, race, ethnicity, etc. Unacceptable! Don't waste your time going here anymore. Go to Lululemon at Garden State Mall, Paramus, NJ, which is 5x bigger, has a large selection of items to shop from and most importantly- their staff has the best retail customer skills - treating everyone equally nice without regard to their race/ethnicity. It's a shame. It is deeply hurting the Lululemon brand. Lululemon Corporate needs to take immediate course of action and seriously train this staff with the right people /customer service skills.

This Lululemon is the best in the tristate area... I walked in and was greeted right away with amazing vibes. Every employee there was super happy, kind, and helpful. The store was spotlessly clean, everything was color coordinated and literally perfect. I never really know which leggings I actually purchase, they found them right away--such a helpful staff with excellent knowledge of all their products. They answered all my questions, ever informed me about all the new releases. I literally obsess over helpful people that and sweet and have good conversations! I would highly recommend stopping by and just checking out their gym/workout gear. 10/10 the staff is great, clothes are a bit on the pricey side but they are durable and reliable (for me at least).

The customer service was horrible. One employee kept rolling her eyes at my two year old and just had a terrible attitude. Not one employee asked if we needed help or assistance. I don't understand how the store operates with this poor level of service. I complained to one of the other employees and then saw the both of them laughing as we left. I hate to say this but it appears they judged based on skin color and were very rude. I will never go back to this location. Absolutely disgusting.

Not helpful customer service. Rude. You'd think when you pay $128 for pants that they would be more willing to help out. Disappointing.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They made it impossible to exchange a present I received the day before from one of their frequent customers. I got the jacket the day before, it had all the original tags on and was in perfect, unworn condition. I just needed a size up. They wanted me to pay the difference because she used a military discount, then they snickered when they did not have it in the store and did not want to order it. They were so rude, borderline mean. I went to the GSP location the following day and the saleslady exchanged it for free, no worries, apologized for the hassle and wished me a happy belated birthday.

The service here was excellent as someone who can’t stand shopping for clothes they took care of my return and helped me find what I wanted right away. The visit was much faster than I predicted and a big thanks to the staff for making it painless. Keep it up highly recommend this spot to anyone into fashion.
