Like the last move, the movers were friendly, polite, and so efficient !!!
I'm just delighted with the service at Ron’s Movers -they were fast and best of all theymoved my Piano up a very steep staircase. They barely broke a sweat. All of them are so well trained, and so strong. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. !!!Moving can be stressful; but Ron's Moving and Packing made the whole experience a pleasure. “I had been using clutter (formerly Make Space) the last 9 years. This time I decided to get rid of my storage, and I was pleasantly shocked that almost everything I put away was in the same exact condition. (Some rubber yoga mat changed colored but that’s nothing to do with storing condition, just how the material is.)
The team throughout the last 9yrs made storing process so easy and organized, I was able to see what stored by each itemized boxes. Their customer service team was always great and their delivery/pick up staffs too.
My friend who used other service told me how she had bugs in her stuff but not with Clutter. Everything was in great condition.
I hope I don’t need storage service in the future, but if I ever need it again, I wouldn’t use anyone else but Clutter.

“Today for the first time I use the moving company two men and a truck. Anthony and Dave arrived exactly at 9 o’clock. I was told they would arrive between 9 and 10 AM. The job was done quickly, accurately, and professionally. It was a very local move from one town in Westchester to the other side. I moved a couch, loveseat and ottoman and two TVs to a Friends house. The final cost of the move was pretty online with the estimate they gave me on the phone. I believe it was $25 difference. I was very very happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend.”

This was my first time using them, so I was a little hesitant, but everything went smoothly from start to finish. “We had a great move with SkyBox. Paid $1150 for a five and a half hour move with a 16ft truck and 3 person crew. Much furniture, boxes, even loose items moved. Few super fragile items were moved with incredible care. Not a speck of damage. One comment is that we were surprised to be sent a crew from another borough, because we thought we were booking
something hyperlocal. That being said, the sister/contracting movers they sent (Andrei and crew) were phenomenal. Strongly recommend.”

“We just had the most wonderful moving experience with Nippon Express Seattle and Nippon Express USA New York/New Jersey (aka "Nittsu"), who handled our 3-bedroom house move from Seattle to New York! From the initial walk-through and planning to moving-out day to move-in day, we couldn't be happier or more impressed with Nittsu's care, efficiency, thoroughness, customer service, and understanding of our needs. I would give them 10 stars if possible! Let me mention by name three of the excellent staff who helped us. Mr. Hattori is the regional Seattle manager, and he was simply wonderful every step of the way. If I could recommend or vote for any kind of bonus or "Manager of the Year" award for anyone, he'd be my guy. My second vote would go to his field supervisor, Mr. Koji. When they walked through our home to take our inventory and measurements, etc., their comments and questions signaled that they knew what they were doing. Some items needed special care and packing, which was handled beautifully. For example, we have a vintage 10-foot-long dining room credenza with 2 heavy and brittle 1" thick slate tops. Mr. Hattori commissioned special wooden padded crates to be built to hold them during the transport cross-country. They arrived in perfect condition, thank you! Ms. Miyauchi was the New York office Nittsu staff who supervised the delivery operation, and she was just wonderful and attentive every step of the way. We had some last minute delivery schedule changes to deal with (not Nittsu's issue), but Ms. Miyauchi and Mr. Hattori were very gracious and efficient in helping us, thank you! This was actually the third time my Japanese wife and I have used Nippon Express for domestic cross-country U.S. moves. Each of these moves was bigger and more complicated than the one before, but each time, they come through with a plan and execution that exceed our expectations. Their quotes are toward the higher end to begin with, but for the peace of mind and attention that they bring to an admittedly anxiety-provoking situation, they are worth it! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Nittsu!”
