All the staff here works on your nails taking care of all the details very diligently. Of all the nail salons this is the one whose polish lasts the longest. Manju B

Wonderful job. I can tell because my toes we trimmed straight. Other salons who charge more cut my nails crooked. The only difference was there was no place to sit under a fan to the dry nails. But easy to overlook for a job week done.

This was my first time at Nail Studio and was a great experience. Nancy and Jane did excellent jobs on my pedicure and UV full set gel manicure. The ladies all very friendly. I didn’t feel like a “new” client. I will definitely visit again and bring my husband with me for his manicure. Thank you.

Nancy (owner) is always so hospitable and accommodating. Donna is exceptional at manicures and pedicures and provides amazing service. She is my go-to person for my appointments.

I went inside to get a manicure they practiced social distancing which is great make you sign a waiver blah blah blah. The lady rushes through my manicure in the end my nails are still wet she puts this little Budget fan for like 1 minute and she says you must move over there. I tell her my nails are still wet she touches my nails stains them and she still says you have to move. I didn't want to make a scene but never going back charged me $13. I gave her $20 told her give me singles for tip she gave me a $5 and 2 singles basically so I could give her the $5 because I usually will give $3-4 as a tip. I was disgusted never going back there and you shouldn't either. I understand things are rough and times are tough but come on you just lost a good customer for stupidity.

I went there for the first time yesterday. The service was great. They did contact tracing, checked our temperature, and had extra masks. There was even a glass wall to maintain social distancing.

My visit was approximately 1.5 months ago. I called 30 minutes prior to my arrival to let them know that I would be arriving with my daughter and we would both be getting pedicure and one regular manicure and one gel manicure. When I arrived their first initial reaction was surprised and hurried and I let the manager know I call prior to ensure accommodation. After being sat down first was my 10 year old daughter to get her pedicure first, then I. For my pedicure they switch people about three times as the regular customers came in although they didnt have an appointment. It got annoying. The pedicure was standard it felt great to get them done.

Not satisfied whatsoever. A mediocre job. I've spent less and gotten better service. I got a mani pedi hot stone $30 special and acrylic nail removal. I misread the sign outside that said $45 for gel mani/pedi, only 18 years or under, so that's totally my fault. The salon has no menu up with prices. The pedicure wasn't so bad, however I disliked the fact they did not disinfect the tub after use which makes me question whether the one used for myself was clean to begin with. I thought maybe I missed it but another lady finished after me and no one properly cleaned the pedi tub after her. The staff charged me $20 for the acrylic removal, which was ridiculous; I understand that this area is more expensive but $10 seemed more appropriate. Nancy was going to leave it at $10 IF I spent the $60 on the gel mani/pedi. The manicure was mediocre. Donna never soaked my nails as every other salon does (and I've been to many from the east coast to west coast, even internationally), I had to request it. I asked them to leave my nails their current length and Nancy cut them down too short. Nancy kept insisting if I wanted them shorter after I specifically said no. Donna filed my nails rounded square when I asked for square. After washing my hands I had to personally fix the shape and length on some of my nails and file down some of the acrylic left behind from their $20 removal. The paint job was crappy, my boyfriend thought I painted them myself. First time here and last time here. Maybe they treat their regulars great but not their new clients. Save your time and just go to Pinkie's.

I've been a customer for many years at the Nail Studio. When the management changed 3 years ago, I was skeptical. Nevertheless, I gave Nancy (new management) a chance, while the staff remained and a few new staff members have been added like James. Nancy has brought innovation & new finesse to the salon. Nail Studio is a full-working nail spa with wonderful staff and fantastic nail treatments. The Reflexology👣 by James is my favoriteðŸ’. Sunday's at the salon are the bestâ.It's quite and peaceful. ( no cell-phone talkers)

I Love this place. Stumbled on it after I tried pinkie nails across the street and they forgot I was waiting for a manicure over 30 mins. Very clean and friendly my manicure looks great. They even opened a new bottle of polish when the color I chose was low (unlike a lot of places that put nail polish thinner into the bottle)
