Hands down the worst manicure shellac I have had. Ever. I tried telling the lady who was adding the color that she is creating bubbles on my nails. She argued that my nails were the problem not her. She is a pro. She completed my worst manicure ever then asked for more money. When I pushed back, she turned to my daughter to tell her to explain to me that I am wrong. I speak English. Very very rude and unprofessional. Don't go here.

Gel manicure is $45.00 and Eunice and Linda are wonderful. Elba and Lucy are consistently thorough with pedicures.

I have been going there for many years and only once in ver 15 years did I have a complaint and it was quickly remedied. I like the old salon better because it was brighter and I enjoyed the chatter of every one around us. This place is quite different, more sophisticated and more personal I would say. Everyone has always been extremely polite and pleasant and I love my gel manicures. I do wish they had better TVs ....they are strange. Rose Pero

I've been going to pro nails for over 10 years and had been very satisfied with their manicures and pedicures but they now have new manicurist who are not experienced in gel and powdered manicures. They filed the top of my nails while removing the gel so much my nails are ruined. It will take a year for my nails to grow back to normal hopefull!!

I went to this salon about 2 weeks ago for a Uv gel manicure. This was the first time I have ever been to this salon but it came highly recommended. They ended up doing a different type of manicure which costed 120 dollars without telling me prior. I was a little upset but I got the service and was assure that these nails are much better and stronger than what I usually get for 70. This was a fresh set after letting my real nails breath for a couple of months. With in a week and a half 3 nails popped off and now 2 weeks later 6 of them are gone. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have NEVER had this happen with a fresh set or even a fill. I’m am extremely upset and will not be returning. I wanted to leave a review to warn other people of the poor practices at this salon.
