Placed an online order on September 3 and as stated by True Value I expected the item to be ready at the store in 3 to 8 business days. Well it’s now September 23 and nothing. Have emailed the store directly as well as True Value costumer service several times and no response. Will never order from this business again.

This store is so convenient...lots of various odds and ends everyone needs...the owner and workers are always willing to help and very friendly...these "old time" 5 & 10 stores are still a major need to our lives and should never "be put out to pasture" for the department stores...
