Called to confirm they would have a notary on site for Monday. Monday came and they did not have one on site. I had a deadline that had to be met. I have used them previously for this. Average experience after postive and negative experience at the Closter UPS.

This is the second time this UPS store has lost or damaged my package and refused rudely, loudly, and obstinately, to accept responsibility abd help resolve or locate the items. Hanging up on justifiably distraught customers is not a way to handle a business. This UPS store should be shattered and the owners should find jobs where they don’t Need to be trusted or engage with customers.

Refused to take return packages. Go to another location.
Edit/Update: To make things worse. The way they refused it, they screwed up the return and didn't cancel it and I couldn't return my package. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

I've used this UPS store for three yrs by now. I feel always welcomed at this place and staffs are kind. Mostly, I don't need to wait on line like other places.

The Chinese guy got my information wrong 5 times. I did make the correction and yet it has been two weeks, a week past when it was to be delivered and I do not have my package.

The people there are very friendly. They greet you with a smile as you enter. They explain things nicely if there is a problem. I like going to this location for the reason also. I like the people.

I went to this place for an Amazon return. The owner was rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again—no wonder they have such bad reviews.
