After going everyday to this post office for 5 months, only dealing with Nina - (which I have had a great experiences with). Today I had the absolute worst experience with the supervisor. She is extremely condescending and treats the customers with absolute disrespect. She spoke to me like I was garbage on the floor and when I asked her why she responded “MAAM DO YOU KNOW UNDERSTAND WHAT IM SAYING” after trying to figure out how to get my prepaid PO Box and giving her all the requirements on the form she told me I do not meet the requirements. She stormed away without helping resolve the issue. I will never be back and they lost a very loyal customer due to the supervisor. I would recommend going to any other towns post office. I would give 0 starts if I could.

Customer service here isn't the best. In the morning, the woman didn't even direct me to the right type of box. I had to find it on my own. In the afternoon, a different woman (black) was much nicer although it cost me $28 to ship something domestically. Also, they should have large boxes here and an electronic kiosk. It felt like this place was stuck in the 90's

The one star is me being nice. The staff here is so rude, no type of customer service training clearly. I had a package delivered to the wrong part of the building. They told me the delivery person asked everyone and clearly didn't because my staff didn't even see the mail person ask anyone in our department. Once I caught onto the error I asked if they could just send it to our department the next day seeming how the mail lady JUST left our office and they said sure(rudely after telling me I need to send my mail to my building better) they'd tell her when she came in only for the lady to come in the next day and say no one told her about it and they returned my package! I am super understanding and patient with mail delivery people since I KNOW how hard customer service is but this whole ordeal was outrageous.

Being generous at 3 stars! Had to wait a bit as the solo worker behind the counter was counting out over $1000 for a money order! When it was finally my turn, the worker was challenged by anything other than a simple stamp purchase. She was very pleasant and probably new. Patience was certainly needed!

Called regarding a package that wasn't being delivered to my house. Turned out there was a "forward order" in place by my father and therefore the package wasn't being delivered.I politely asked the supervisor whether I could have the package delivered, and she raised her voice and replied "NO, THERE IS A FORWARD ORDER IN PLACE" in the most annoyed tone. She did not even try to explain what a forward order was to me, instead just kept repeating "NO, THERE IS A FORWARD ORDER IN PLACE" every time I asked if there was any possibility of the package being delivered.I ultimately gave up and asked her if there was anything I could do at this point, and she rudely told me, "go re-order it." It got to a point where I told the lady she needed to approach her customers with a more professional and polite attitude to which she tells me, "you should start first" and "you wouldn't be upset if we could deliver this package today".No, I'm upset because I politely asked a question and had someone raise their voice at me over it while providing no explanation whatsoever.

Very rude lady at window , unhelpful and arrogant , always on the phone . Our mail lady took an important folder I had put inside my mailbox for someone to pick up and threw it on the floor in front of our door on a rainy day ! The document was destroyed and when I asked her why she did that she told me I am not allowed to put things in my mailbox !!!!

Shipped two packages from the Closter post office on Wed at 1PM. The only worker at the counter was more concerned with talking on her phone (via earphones) about random gossip than helping the clients. The worker would honestly not even communicate with me. She would just stare at me blankly and expected me to know what she wanted. She did not confirm address on the key pad for me instead she just skipped the section. Also she did not verify if my package had anything fragile or hazardous and also skipped that section. I’ve shipped items from all over the United States and had never had such awful services like today. Not only do I plan to do their survey but also plan to write a letter. I recommend you do as well.

I showed up as my package was missent to this post office. The lady at the front desk did not offer any help at all, she claimed the package was resent out and I asked politely for her to please check the back as this item was fragile. She insisted that it wasn’t there even though the tracking said that it was still there, she was too lazy to actually go ahead and check. Worst service possible, but what do you expect with a post office anyways

This post office supervisor ANGIE just called me to change picking up schedule. She said she received picking up schedule 5 times for a day. I explained I can not make a picking up schedule more then once for a day from USPS.COM.It's post office website error, however she keep saying to change it. I just checked my picking up schedule. I made a pick up schedule only once. ANGIE- PLEASE CHECK YOUR SYSTEM FIRST BEFORE YOU CALLING ME. ALSO, BE NICE FOR ALL USPS(POST OFFICE) CUSTOMERS). YOU ARE SO RUDE-!!!!

Worst post office ever. The drivers are rude and Lazy, The Post Master doesn't do anything about filed complaints, plus mail and packages get "lost" in transport. If negative stars were possible the Closter Post Office would get negative ten.
