I always get my needs met with ease at this Whole Foods. It has a great Amazon return counter, floral section, fresh produce and ample product selection.

Really good store with a large selection. The store is clean. The hot food buffet is not as good as it was pre-covid, but it's not bad. There are three small "restaurants" to order from if you don't like the buffet. The bread has gone downhill after covid. Pre-covid the bread was phenomenal but now all of their bread tastes like sourdough.

Shameful to be selling only cakes decorating for Valentine’s Day 2 days after the 14th. I asked for something not decorated with hearts (and “expiring today” as I heard the one worker chirp to another) as I am celebrating a baby shower, but was told they have no other cakes in the back. How can you charge so much money and not give your patrons fresh food?

Steadily WF has replaced many products with their generic 365 brand. Items which used to be my favorites are no longer available, or/and the 365 replacement quality is not the same. Quality has severely diminished but not prices. Their produce for the most part is agreeable but the lack of the other products and the drop in the quality of the replacements left me with no choice but to go back to shopping at Kings in Creskill. Very sad to see what Amazon did to Whole Foods. I hope this corporate strategy (probably emulating Trader Joes) will benefit you in the long run, but I seriously doubt it. Sad.

Love Whole Foods in general—however, this review is of Shajuana (spelling?!). A couple of of months ago, I walked into the Closter location with my toddler—and when we went to get a kids treat at customer service they were all out. Normally the staff disregards and I walk away with a screaming toddler. Lucky me on this day—Shajuana went out of her way to look for us in produce and gave my toddler a treat. That type of customer service is top-notch!! It resulted in a much better experience of walking through the aisles and I definitely added a few more things to my cart since my toddler was enjoy her treat! Amazing!!

It's a very busy place. All the products are as natural as possible. I went to pick up ECOS dish detergent. I only buy this brand now. And I also picked up the store brand of dryer sheets.

It was a zoo on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The reason why you're getting 3 stars is because we, the customers, were telling you all that there needs some sort of direction in here at the self check out. No one knew what line was where. Even stop & shop & shoprite have people to guide them to the self check outs. For the cost of goods in your store, you can afford to have someone directing the crazy lines of people

The hot food bar is horrible. Meatloaf was tasteless, the chicken terikayi tasted like cardboard and the clam chowder had sand. Will go food shopping, but not the hot food bar. So expensive for horrible food.

The parking lot is clean and shopping carts was available. In store fruits and vegetable department was neatly stocked and clean . The products are good and healthy . The employees are willing , enthusiastic and able to help me find products that I could not find so easily. Going through the check out line was easy .
