“Johnny Dents did a wonderful job. You'd never know there was a dent (and it was big). The result was so well done, I immediately went to a car wash so the rest of the car would look as good. They were responsive, friendly, and timely in addressing my questions and performing the fix. And they were the lowest price I could find. I would highly recommend them.”

“I had a great experience with Virgo Body Shop after getting rear-ended resulting in minor rear bumper and frame damage on my 2015 Toyota Sequoia. Everyone I had an interaction with was professional, friendly and easy to work with from start to finish.
The repairs were completed in just 5 days and came out flawless—it looks like nothing ever happened. They also did an excellent job dealing with a less than helpful insurance company and handled everything smoothly on my behalf, which took a lot of stress off me.

“I took my truck to Caliber Collision to have my door repaired. Due to some insurance issues, the repair process was on hold for a while, but throughout the entire process, Angelo kept me informed with daily updates and excellent communication.
Once the insurance issue was resolved, the repairs were completed, and I was able to get my truck back. Angelo and the entire crew did a wonderful job. I would also like to recognize the lady at the front desk, who was always helpful, communicative, and pleasant to work with.

“From start to finish this was hands down my best repair experience. Nowadays it’s not uncommon for insurance companies to contract with body shops so I am no stranger to this. After the initial report online with my insurance company they coordinated with the body shops. Caliber collision took care of me and my car with the utmost professionalism. Daunte was my customer service rep and he was available at all hours to provide updates and answer any questions I had. Truly amazing service, I never felt like I was being a bother or pressured. They literally kept to their timeline, not a day off! Very pleased and if in the unfortunate event I need a body shop again I will certainly be coming straight to caliber collision in York.”
“Took my mom here to get her car fixed for her inspection and she is so happy with the work. They were able to accommodate some last minute work on the jeep and even though they were big jobs they didn’t mind squeezing us in and staying a little later just to make sure everything was running smoothly. The owner was extremely nice and gave my mom a great price. I was talking to other customers while we waited and even they kept saying how they love coming to this place because the guys there do an amazing job. Very friendly environment very friendly staff. “In March my vehicle was hit while parked, I was at a loss on what to do. I called my insurance company who then connected me with caliber collision, they were great. Tow truck was out in less than an hour, looking at my vehicle I didn’t think it could be fixed. Well I was wrong, caliber collision did an amazing job, you cannot tell it was hit & they were able to match the car paint perfectly. They have such a high demand but somehow still make you feel like you’re their only customer , I was continuously updated on the process my car was going through… I highly recommend caliber collision & I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else, they truly are the best,”
“I cannot rave enough about this auto body shop. I was referred here by 1st Rate Autobody across the street. They do all my mechanic work (fair pricing, doesn’t take advantage of women who doesn’t know anything about cars)
I got into an accident in January & the person who hit me, their insurance were not willing to pay for the damages.
Christine at the front desk of Papa Autobody was. SO SO SO helpful & made this stressful experience as smooth as it could go.
She provided every update via text, very good with communication. She dealt with the other insurance endlessly & finally got the approval I needed to get the car fixed. I can’t thank them enough!
Only two minor things:
- My car had an air pressure of 17 when I left (I spun back around & they put air in it for me)
- My back up camera wasn’t working (I brought it in the next morning for them to reprogram)
Everything was a quick & easy fix! I’d recommend them over & over again.”
