These people are crooks!I paid $228.00 plus shipping for a collection of cufflinks. When I received them it was obvious they were extremely damaged and suffered from extensive rust damage from long term exposure to water. I have been trying since last April to get a refund!Does anyone in that area know if their building has had water damage? If so please let me know. They did accidentally mention they were getting new display cases!

I brought my 1923 mint condition Bisque African American doll there . I was told it was only worth $100. I later found out it was worth $1700 by the Antique Roadshow. I then contacted Ellis’ again - I was told , by the lady, I could buy it back , but for over $1000. Then they blocked me. Watch what you take there. They are rip offs.

Be careful if your selling your antiques to this place. I brought a box full of vintage and antique jewelry, in good condition, and this woman basically told me it was worthless and offered me 20 dollars for entire box! She became angry when I told her I would pass on offer. Then proceeded to tell me she would charge a couple hundred to go over all that she did and asked if she could have a couple pieces of the jewelry in exchange. I just happened to look and she's selling one of the pieces for 400 dollars! I'm besides myself. True scam artist

After speaking with Ellis on the phone I have the utmost respect for him as a man and a businessman. His guidance and knowledge is greatly appreciated after he gave me information in regards to on selling my items from the Frank Sinatra collection.

Great store. True to the word for appreciation of an item for its history and nature instead of worth in scrap. Beautiful jewelry. Francesca was so great to talk to and truly appreciate the help with my item. Looking forward to future business.

The owners are nothing but kind and gracious here! They are extremely educated and absolutely fascinating to talk to. When you visit this shop you will be met with the upmost respect and they treat you like family! I don't know anyone who has ever had a bad experience here! Whether it be on the phone or in person the owners are never rude and always take the time to help you. Every one I speak with says that Ellis and Francesca are the best-- and they are!

Not only was the owner relatively rude over the phone, but when we brought our item in we were basically blown off. She would focus on everyone but us even tho she was not the only person in the shop . She told us she had knowledge in something, but when we brought it in she told us she wasn't sure but people she knew would be better help. All in all not the nicest and not the most educated.

Be very careful if selling ... you're better off doing it on your own. It's like trading in your car to a dealer . You will do much better selling it on your own.
