This is the absolute best Post Office in the entire region. I’ve used many others for work, and Collingswood truly is the best PO!Also, Ernest is a true credit to the United States Postal Service.

That white lady is so rude and lazy there and needs to be fired or disciplined. The one with the awful two toned hair color. She talks to her customers rudely and like they are stupid. I dont know who she thinks she was to talk to me rudely. I wanted to know how to send a certified letter and she rudely said to me, " i just told you 3 times that it gets signed." She should be fired. Dont go here! I wish I could talk to the manager about her

USPS closes at 5 pm. I arrived at 4:49 pm this evening to ship out packages. There were about 7 people in line in front of me waiting. The post office worker was extremely rude and started yelling at everyone saying "I'm not helping anyone past the guy in the gray pants, I locked the door earlier so nobody else could come in." Numerous people in line were shocked at how they were talked. I had Express packages to get scanned and shipped out- I left them in the drop-off bin- looks like these will be late now.The employees here are extremely rude and treat customers with disrespect always. I come here numerous times per week. Do not recommend. USPS Postal service upper management should come out to this location to see what's it's all about- the workers need more training and the location needs more resources.

Tried to ship out a package which had postage and packaging paid for and they not only didn’t provide the packaging but also wouldn’t let me use their tape… wth is the point of paying $7 for shipping then?? Ridiculous. Selfish. Go to UPS they’re always happy to help package your items.

Paid extra for rush shipping and Dropped off package with agent at this location. Tracking info shows it never left this post office. Went back, they were unable to check, said just file a claim. Not a fan.

In terms of customer service in person they help out a ton. But when it comes to picking up their phone they simply do not do so, good luck trying to get in contact with them from home.

For some reason they don't seem to answer their published telephone number to answer important questions from the public. Not everything is answered on the automated recording.

UPS and FEDEX blows them out of the water. Gov't needs to stop bailing this archaic business out. Bring your own tape people, bring everything you need to mail/ship something. Love the mailmen and mailwoman but the post office is bad business.

This is a wonderful community asset. The employees here are friendly and very helpful and the location is convenient to Patco, New Jersey Transit and has on street parking. It's nice to know that when you are not familiar with shipping on a regular basis you have the resources to go to that will ensure your package gets to where it's needed to go to, whether it's across town or on the other side of the world.

Rarely see lines in this USPS location - very fast service especially when Angela is there. Employees are polite and knowledgeable if you have any questions. Strict about closing hours - if you arrive late, they won't let you even drop off a package but will serve anyone who is already in line. They have tight schedule for when mail is picked up so they can't make exceptions if you're late (understandable). So just make sure you respect their hours, just as we want our time to be respected.

A package that requires a signature was rescheduled for delivery on the previous Friday for delivery for today, a Monday.
