Used to love coming here due to easy app access but every time I arrive here most of the dryers are out of service or need quarters. The attendant does not have any change on hand and the change machine is not working. The owner needs to have regular maintenance on the machines to keep them working and available for customers. Also, if machines need quarters, the change machine should be working.

Machine are fantastic, pricing is average, business hour are good open till 11pm, the coin machine was not working but they did have some kind of app that you could use not sure how is worked I had my own quarters.

Please explain why there are 24 washing machines (mostly all working) and 6 out of 22 dryers that out of order (another 4 of which only take quarters which is not provided at the location) leaving 12 dryers for your clients to use. That doesn't even factor the machines in use by employees.

So the washer ended up closing on my sleeve and as soon as it started I noticed and notified an employee whoTold me all she could do was stop it but couldn’t start it again. I’ve been to this place multiple times and I’ve had a different lady who was nice enough to help me restart it without me having to pay on one occasion so I know she was lying to me. Not only that she claimed to be the manager but told me she did not know how the other lady was able to do that. She didn’t even try to help what so ever.

Had to make a dryer run. Haven't been in a laundromat in almost eight years ?. But the experience was nice. By the way somethings haven't changed: 8 min for $.25. $2.00 to dry dark clothes, another $2.00 for towels and $1.00 for under clothes. What did change: .75 for two (2) dryer sheets. I was prepared. I had plenty of change. Wow!!!! Oh and you can pay using your phone: PayPal and/or Tap & Pay. Only drawback: No Attendant on site. Bummer. Needed someone to assist with the older folks. Thank God humanity was on full reveal. The young people really helped. I learned a lot that day!

First off the lady is Rude as can be! While cleaning she knocked my laundry basket behind the machine and claimed I would have to retrieve it. She blamed the washer for knocking it over but it was 1 of 3 washers paid for via the app and never came on so how does a basket get knocked down by a machine that never turns on? Then she tried to tell me she can't start the washer for me, and she didn't know how. But made a call and eventually got permission to start the washer. Again how do you start a washer when people drop there laundry off? Horrible service.

This is where I usually go to do my laundry, but not anymore. lately it's been bad. A lot of the machines, and dryers are not working properly. NOW you have to download some kind of app in order to use the machines, or have a bunch of quarters. You don't get your free wash after the tenth use either. Even the machine to give you change isn't working. I'm definitely getting a better place to wash. I'll be coming here when I'm not in the mood to drive farther away.

I have been a customer of this location FOR YEARS!!!!! Out of no where they have now changed everything. I have to use an app to wash my clothes. Not only did the app take my remaining money off my account but the person that is now managing the store had not one logical explanation for it. So a wash that was originally 7.25 now cost me 10.00 now if that’s not enough. The dryers require quarters. With not one quarter machine in sight. I’m now on my third stop attempting to acquire quarters while my clothes is sittin in the dryer wet. Let’s hope my clothes doesn’t smell like wet dog by the time I come back. I can absolutely assure u I will NEVER STEP FOOT HERE AGAIN!

I give one star because nobody is there to help, the application that they using yo pay the wash doesn't work properly and it takes all the money you put in. I wasted all my day without clean clothes. So disappointed and ? hungry. I do not recommend this laundromat.
