False advertising!! Scammers Same day photos, same modal number, same Sale end date. First photo taken at 11:30 in the morning 2nd at 8:30 at night. They won’t honor the price from this morning. This is a pre fourth sale. Same Sale until date! Lies they change the price without even notifying employees all done digitally. Employees say happens all the time and their left to deal with customers and having to hear the complaints when it’s all Corporate Greed, False advertising, Lies! The Home Depot Lost my business to Costco sorry not sorry!

The Colonia, NJ store is the worst store EVER! I only go there when I have no other choice. I ordered a few things on line to be picked up in the store. 1st of all the line to pick up/return was long and not moving. There were 2 people working there who moved in slow motion. When it was finally my turn the guy printed out my order and had to call someone 3 times to get the order and no one showed up. After what seemed to be an eternity he was finally able to flag someone down who was passing by. He gave the order to that person and instructed me to stand by the door. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order which was actually the least painful part of my visit. I have had issues at this store in the past and even emailed/called the head office to discuss it. No one had ever gotten back to me. I guess if the head office doesn’t care what’s going on in that store it’s no surprise that it’s run the way it is.

Guy working there has no clue what he's talking about, pre rented an excavator for a dig, come back 3 hours later to pick it up turns out he booked me a backhoe and when I tell him it's wrong he says I have to pay $400 for the wrong rental that never left their parking lot. After about 30 mins of arguing and having to get the manager involved for his incompetence I did end up getting a refund and rented the proper equipment. I bring the excavator home, start it up and it just starts sputtering and shutting off every time I move the arm, my guess is he knew this machine had an issue and didn't want to rent it to me but because I gave him a hard time about it he bit his tongue and let me waste my whole day not being able to do my emergency dig for a pipe bursting in my front yard and basement completely flooded.

Please avoid the kitchen design department at this store!! Both the ladies working there are so unhelpful. We ordered cabinets but the women did not tell us that the delivery would be outside delivery at the curb. If they did, we could have paid a little more to get it delivered inside. Avoid this store and go to a different location. Their customer service is the worst !!! Now we are left with no choice and still trying to figure out how to bring them in. The installers supplied by this Home Depot are horrible too !!!

If you placed a rental order, be sure to check your bank statement for random charges for the next month or so. And it will be hell to try to get them to refund the charge. This is regarding their customer service. We placed a rental order after ida, and the next morning we were called and told they were flooded, and everything is destroyed and they need to cancel our rental. Ok, we can understand that. Then 20+ days later, they charged us rental deposit. I tried to call the customer service line, was told to call their credit card service line or homedepot online. So I did, and a frustrating amount of "if you need to...dial this" later, was told they don't know how to do anything, because it's not a homedepot card. So I call back the store, this time customer service manager angrily told me they can't pull up anything to help me, I should call my bank, like my bank will know why HomeDepot charge me. As I asked if she can find out why I was charged , she hang up on me. Yeah, I wasn't even on the phone for more than 5 minutes, and she hung up on me like I wasted her time trying to get money back the store mistakenly charged. I contacted tool rental 3 times, and was told they see the rental and charge, but can only be refunded if the supervisor is there. Fingers crossed that I can get him maybe tomorrow. Though the tool rental guys were very nice, apologetic and offered actual help. Ridiculous how their customer service manager is the only one who is the weakest link and least willing to help a customer.

By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with the company. Brought my rigid gun to home depot tool rental for servicing was told that they needed my battery charger and battery to send with it out to home depot repairs. Finally after about 3 months I received another gun from rigid but 6 months later have still not received my battery charger or battery back from home depot. Almost every time I call to talk to tool rental they don't answer the phone. I've been nothing but patient with them, and have given them more than enough time to right the wrong doings. But I cannot take this any longer never again will I use this home depot location

Excellent service. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. If you are need of an appliance ask for Brett, he was so helpful getting us a dishwasher.

Do NOT place an order for delivery of wood from this Home Depot. Recently placed an order for what was called "premium" treated deck boards. What was delivered to my home is barely usable not matter how I flip them. One actually still has the bark on it. Home Depot should be embarrassed.

This is the worst establishment and business known to man! I'm really curious how home depot is still in business. Went there in July to order appliances, due to pandemic we were told it would take 6 weeks. Ok we can live with that. They had a bundle sale, the more you more the more they took off. 6 appliances = $600 off purchase. For whatever reason the gentleman said oh no it doesn't work for what you got, our microwave was under $300 so the discount didn't apply. Ok so we opted not to get a stove and just get a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and fridge. When we saw our bill he never took off the stove. He has to cancel and re do and we were there for over 3 hours with this guy trying to figure it out. We finally leave and see he gave us a bill that had the stove and stove parts on it, hook ups on some that we didn't ask to be hooked up and no insurance on items we wanted insurance on, it was a huge mess. Called the store like 5 times (constantly being hung up on and also almost impossible to get through) it was so ridiculous I went back to the store in person to speak to someone and get it straightened out. Had to wait over an hour for someone because they were on lunch, then when they came he said oh I can't help you you need a manager. So then I had to wait another half hour for a manager to become available. $600 of over charges! Then I get home look through everything and see hmm a discount wasn't applied to one of the appliances. I called corporate and had them fix it, $30 back for that. I mean the amount of times we called and had to get our receipt fixed was ridiculous and the over-chargement was insane ! Wait it gets WORSE ! Delivery day is here, they come in and say oh the fridge won't fit through the doorway sorry can't deliver. I said oh shoot really? Ok I measured and they said it needed another inch of wiggle room I need to re order. So they (delivery guys) call and cancel the fridge and tell me I need to speak to someone on the phone and order a new one. Well every goddamn fridge that "fits" is out of stock or back ordered til DECEMBER. It's August. I said I'll have to call back. So because of the fridge they took every other appliance back. Wouldn't leave the washer or dryer or anything. I had to call and set up a new delivery time. Turns out the fridge would fit fine by removing one side of the frame and so I called and said I wanted the fridge added back to the order and within that two hour time frame they told me no it was out of stock!?! Mind you it was on the truck when they arrived !?! Such BS! They call and set up an new delivery date and no fridge with the order. Can't find a fridge at all. Well Lowe's had one and delivered the next day and hooked it all up ! Well let me tell you, next time go to Lowe's because my horror story with Home Depot still isn't over. They call the following Wednesday saying they are here to install the dishwasher ! What dishwasher !?! They took it away remember !? When they came to deliver everything the following Saturday (new delivery day ) I was in the hospital delivering my baby. I had to have my sister go and make sure everything was ok, they REFUSED to hook up appliances because they said we canceled the hook up! We never did, they called on Wednesday and we didn't have any appliances to be hooked up ! So I come home to a f****** dishwasher in my living room, none of my appliances hooked up besides my fridge thanks to Lowe's and a new born baby. I had to call they said oh we will get someone out there first thing Monday !!!!!!!!!!!! I had to call a local plumber and have them come out and do the installation and haul always. Mind you I paid for Home Depot to haul away the old, had to call and fight for my money back, then had to go inside and fight because they never refunded me for Haul always and hookups. It was the worst experience and nightmare. I will not give them any of my business at any capacity. I hate Home Depot.

Why are there so many Toro lawn mowers in for repair. Some look new. Mine is there now. All repair orders seem to have the same problem and solution. Is Home Depot selling crap then charging $100 to repair on a $300 mower?
