I have only been there 3x for a pedicure and gel fill. All three times I was booked with Kelly and she is so rude I will never go back again. She hates her job and filed my nails so thin they cracked on both sides of my nail. On two different nails. Last time I was there it was 90 degrees outside and equally warm in the salon. I asked her to put the AC on. She told someone to turn it on. Then announced to the whole salon BREAK OUT THE SWEATERS.
Rude !

I have been going to nails plus in colts neck for 8 years and I’ve always had a wonderful experience! Kelly is my go to girl! But everyone is amazing!

Great place. Friendly, always on time. Staff is wonderful. Kelly does great manicures! When I moved here I really had to shop around to find a good quality (non-gel) manicure. This is the place!

Worse pedicure ever. They did a really bad polish. I could have done it better with my eyes close.. they seem to didn't care when told them. They weren't even busy.. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your money here

My nails looked very nice. They charge at least $10 more than anywhere else. But the main issue for me was that I developed some sort of infection around my nails I had done for my vacation the very next day after I went here

I have been going here for 2o years , all through the different owners ! Loved all the girls but …… this Kelly is just so rude , hates her job and does a horrible job . I also really liked Jen at the front desk such a nice friendly person , guess she had enough too!!! . Tried one more time and got KELLY , did my pedicure in 18 minutes last week ( timed it !)! Not returning to this establishment.

I went in for a pedicure.First, She couldn’t fully remove the gel polish from my toes. She soaked and scraped a few times. I guess they don’t have one of those battery operated files? She ended up leaving some gel polish on and painted right over it!!!!Second, she cut BOTH big toenails so short, she sliced my skin. I was bleeding from both toes.So, basically I paid 40 bucks for a butcher job.Stay away.

This salon is clean and extremely relaxing. Gia is the most knowledgeable and safe manicurist I have been to. Gia knows her stuff. She is excellent with waxing and in-grown nails. She takes her time and ia gentle and cares about her clients. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this outfit. You will not be disappointed.Services: Nail art
