We are very pleased with the turn out of our landscaping project for privacy trees in our backyard. Ken and his team were extremely professional, they showed up on time, worked as planned and left the project clean at the end of each day. Ken was very attentive to the details and was present everyday. We highly recommend Total Concepts for any project.

I cannot recommend Ken and his team enough... They were responsive, professional and did an absolutely amazing job. They completed the job in under the estimated amount of time and at no point where we surprised with additional bills which has been our experience with other companies. It's very clear that Ken and his team look for long-term clients because they treat you accordingly and are always looking out for their clients best interest. My husband and I highly recommend Total Concepts and will continue to use them for all of our exterior needs.

From idea conception, to design planning all the way through execution Ken and his team went above and beyond and more than impressed my husband and I in our very extensive backyard landscaping project. Our new build was a clean slate for Ken's creation and what started as me calling him to do some privacy/perimeter landscape turned into our own woodland wonderland. Ken did not do bare minimum at all with this project. His ideas were magnificent and the execution is perfection. We hit some unforeseen obstacles along the way due to the layout of our yard and Ken was able to efficiently problem solve with no doubt he could manage it. We had total confidence in his entire team who worked tirelessly and meticulously each day at our home. We have the most beautiful backyard I have ever seen and it is with complete thanks to Total Concepts. 100% would recommend. Also important to note that most contractors we hired for jobs around the new house we had to chase after and micromanage; with Ken and his team we had absolutely nothing to worry about - they showed when they said they would, they didn't need us following up a million times. It was wonderful to work with them!

Follow up: Ken and his team did such an awesome job the first time around that we hired them again for our next big project. We live up on a steep hill and have always had trouble keeping up with our curb appeal. Total Concepts did amazing work getting our irrigation system set up, seeding, laying down netting and neatly manicured hay to secure it, regrading our property, fixing some underground drain pipes, and adding some new beds with seasonal plants and flowers. It looks like a new home! They are truly able to do it all. Thank you soooo much Total Concepts!Original: Ken and the entire team at Total Concepts did a wonderful job on our property from start to finish. The first time I met Ken and did a walk through of my property, I knew he would be the right fit. His demeanor, knowledge, and taste were exactly what I was looking for. He helped me prioritize different projects and come up with the best solutions for our budget. He was always available to chat things over with, and got everything done within the timeline we had aimed for. He even threw in some extra beautiful plants in our front beds.You cannot go wrong with Ken and Total Concepts. Our house feels brand new, and I’m so grateful for their hard work!!

To say I’m thrilled with my stunning landscaping, would be an understatement! Ken and his team are the definition of professionals. From the removal of all of the old trees and bushes, including a 35yr. old dead ash tree and a 15ft. Japanese Maple; saving a dwarf Japanese Maple to be replanted elsewhere to planting redbuds and crepe myrtles; boxwood; hosta; knockout roses, daylilies, barberries; etc., all planted with extreme care and a critical and seasoned eye for placement. Ken was here every day that his team was here, which to me says it all….Pride…..pride in his company’s reputation and the beauty they create. People now know me in the community as the house with the beautiful landscaping!Thank you Ken and the Total Concept family, including your office staff, for creating such joy!

I had been searching for a while for someone with an eye for design and not just a contractor. I stumbled across this company and called for a quote. I had a great first impression with everyone I spoke to including Ken. He is a very busy guy but I never had a problem getting in contact with him. Transparent and upfront. My patio project was finished in the timeframe he gave me and even started on it earlier than expected which was such a nice surprise. Cost was well worth it in my opinion and I'm very pleased with everything.

There is only one word you can use when describing the landscape project installed by Ken and his professional staff. That word is WOW! My house has come alive and is the wonder of my community as people stop in front of my home as they drive by to admire the project. Total Concepts arrives on time and stays until the job is done. Their CUSTOM concept for your home AND YOUR PERSONALITY is nothing short of amazing. Each day I would come home to something else that blew me away more than the day before. Expert, custom, one of a kind look to my property that is 2nd to none. HIGHLY recommended. 12 out of 10!

Never showed up on time the pool ran for a Half a day. Had my son turn it off so it wasn't running when I was gone. Got home 5 days later and it didn't work. I was told I'm on my own. Has already threatened to sic his lawyer on me. Had another pool company come over they did a pressure test and my intake line is bad. So there is no way they could have had it running. Will report to the better business bureau and Small claims court. They basically stole $230 from me.

Total Concepts refreshed some tired old landscaping on my property and did an excellent job. Their project vision to job execution resulted in my house looking amazing; having been properly highlighted by the new plantings.
