Had some issues with this agency over the past several months. My policy lapsed and I was not aware of it. It was an honest mistake but I had to switch insurance companies to get my car back on the road. I switched that day and just got a callFrom a collection agency for an outstanding balance of $102. I have used them for the past 20 years with multiple vehicles and homes. It’s just a shame that small businesses who were so helpful for so many years changed and cannot accommodate loyal customers.
