  in 5 years my cost per quarter has increased 350%! I receive no additional services. no bulk services (without extra fee) and i have been charged $5.00 overage fee because “my lid couldn’t close completely flush”. The price
  increase from ~&75 per quarter to OVER $250 is an absolute joke.

  Getting expensive! Gas goes down but fuel surcharge doesn't go down. How about senior citizen discount??

  Company services are expensive, impossible to communicate issues with a "live representative," illegal pickups by drivers witnessed that loyal customers end up paying for in the long run, sloppy service picking up the trash, and no resolution to damage to property caused by drivers!!!!
