“Had a great experience at this USPS location. They had me in and out quickly, and the customer service was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Everything was handled smoothly without any hassle. The parking situation could’ve been better, but for a Saturday afternoon it wasn’t enough to be a real inconvenience. Not like it was apart of the building conservations in 1823! Overall, solid visit and I’d definitely use this location again.”

“This post office is super quick with mailing packages. If you drop off in the morning the package will be scanned same day. The drop off box outside is made for more than just letter drop offs which you don’t often find.Most of the negative reviews are b/c of mailboxes keys- I didn’t use these so I can’t comment on them. Or incorrect delivery- this does happen but not as often in the housing I was in.Porch pickups only happen about 50% of time.”

“I recently had to contact one of the supervisors at the Trenton Carrier Annex. It was in regard to a priority mail express package that had been delivered to the wrong house. I immediately contacted Jay. He instantly got back to me, immediately asked for the tracking number and within 15 minutes my package was delivered to my door correctly!!!
