“We had a unique situation when we took our daughter’s car to Marmora Auto. She had been in an accident with extensive damage (no one was hurt). A week or so after the repairs were completed, she had an issue when driving to the shore. She went home on a Sunday in our car and I called Marmora Auto to see if they could fit me in on Monday because we had to be back home on Tuesday. Lou was very accommodating and gave me an appointment. His team completed the diagnosis and Lou called with the result. The repair would have been quite expensive and I wanted to check with the mechanic who fixed the car from the accident to see what we should do. Turned out the failed part had been replaced as part of the accident repairs. Lou then spoke with our mechanic at home, they discussed the issue and our mechanic was able to order the part. Lou’s team made an adjustment so we could drive home, 90 miles. And we were able to have the car fixed at home under warranty. We are so thankful to Lou and his team for giving us an honest estimate and especially for working with our mechanic at home to get to an acceptable solution for all of us. Also, the property is well maintained and well organized.”
“Our 2007 Venture trailer was in dire need of replacement of springs, shackles and associated parts after many years of salt water bathing. A new trailer is $11,000 so it's one of those --"yeah, we gotta do the work" projects. Dana and the folks at Maximum Marine took contacted Venture and had all the parts ordered and delivered in less than 10 days. Even better, they had some of the springs in stock and gave us a very welcome discount because of a manufacturer order error that sent stuff we needed! Lots of other places would have just scooped up the extra cash. I sure won't forget that! By the way, they also helped us with a two ski trailer during CoVid when there were zero to be had anywhere in NJ. Magical! Rock on, Dana and your team!”

He got me in quickly, ran diagnostics (14 codes popped up all relating to exhaust) and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. “Most honest automotive repair garage you will ever find. Will not up charge. Will only do repairs that are needed. Case in point, over eight years ago, brought my son older truck for his first car. Saw weird stuff on battery cables. Took it to Ocean Heights thinking I needed a new battery. Brian took truck, came back 15 minutes later and said battery was fine, just needed cleaning. Point being, he could have sold me a new battery and I would have never known. Been with Ocean Heights ever since.”
