Roy was great. He took his time explaining everything to make my new rental process completely understandable and easy. This is my first time renting with Extra Space and compared to a couple of other places, I have rented from, a much better choice.

Assistant store manager was very patient with us, and very nice to talk to. He explained everything that we ask about the options available for us. He showed us the units available, and explained the characteristics. It was a very pleasant talk to him, considering this is our first experience in getting a storage facility.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage in Cranbury, NJ. The facility is always clean, well-lit, and easy to access, which gives me peace of mind about storing my belongings here.
A special shoutout to Roy, the manager — he’s incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. From day one, he made the rental process smooth and answered all my questions clearly. He goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcome and taken care of.
