Be careful what you buy. I ordered a headlight assembly. When it arrived it fit in the location, but the electrical connector was different. When I tried to return the light they would not accept the return.

I ordered what I needed on Monday September 29th, they told me i would receive my part on Thursday 10/02. I received an email on Tuesday stating that my package had shipped, and I did receive it on Thursday as promised. It was the exact part I needed. It was in perfect condition. I couldn't have had a better experience. Not sure why the negative reviews. They were great! Thank you!

The 2018 Honday Odyssey light I recieved was defective (LED lights around the edge of the light do not work), and I am still waiting for either a full refund or a working light. Still hoping for a positive (5 Star) resolution.

I ordered a part from them because they showed that by paying for ground it would be on Saturday - the part did not arrive until Tuesday and I no longer need something that arrived late and I can't returned the part and I am out of the ground shipping cost - service would have been perfect if I got what I paid for

Excellent new quality light, for a 15 year old car (Mercury Milan). Works great and the light doesn't rise as high, as to not blind on coming drivers. Brights work fantastic, light is crystal clear.

I purchased a 2015 front end bumper for my Passat via Amazon
The bumper was shipped folded up and when it was unfolded it was damaged so when I brought it to be painted they didn’t want to paint it as the brackets were cracked so it would not be useable to attach to the car I reached out to JP Auto several times and was told I would have pay on my own dime to return their damaged product… mind you the shipping estimate was over 200 bucks at ups and 100 at other places
I reached out several times and then they ignored me for several days and I had to reach out to Amazon they said they would reach out to them
They did and the jp auto said they same thing even through the said if the return is more than 30 shipping to tell them for alternative options
Yet have not provided any
I am so pissed at this experience! Absolutely the worst company to deal with
I am filing a AtoZ claim via Amazon and will trash this company every chance I get
