Nice people my appointment was a Wednesday and came at Tuesday they told me come back 2 hours and park outside
No parking but you could park on the street after the bridge

Petсo company: the company employees are very kind people but if you arrive earlier than 30 minutes before the appointed time, then you are registered, there is no parking for an overnight stay. I am very pleased to deal with such good people, I arrived 1 hour 40 minutes earlier, thank God, they accepted me and gave me a dock for unloading, keep in mind that you may not make a decision on time more than 30 minutes before the appointed time

Used to deliver here 4-5 times every month back in 2018-19 while working with my previous employer…was by appointments only… yesterday April 29th 2025 went there for pickup but it was open-window for me this time… got loaded pretty quickly… never had any issues back then nor now… Entrance is on prospect plains rd.. don’t turn anywhere else… and that’s the only entrance for trucks…shipping and receiving… go see the guard and they’ll give you further instructions … people are nice especially the guard I dealt with yesterday…someone came to deliver my food and he even allowed her to drive to me as i was on the other side of the building… overall experience was great but the only thing is that they don’t have proper restroom facilities…no overnight parking either lol… but there are enough parking places for trucks around that area… docks have enough room to back in easily… so good luck everyone ✌🏼🇺🇸

Excellent service, had appt at 7am and left at 8:30 they only allow you to check in 30 minutes before your appointment to avoid being returned.

This place is the worst for truckers, it takes only 30 minutes to receive the papers, there is no lousy bathroom.

Zero stars if possible. Don’t come early, they’ll let you in at most about 40mins early. Can’t have truck on and you have to hang your keys up inside while they unload your truck. Unloading is extremely slow so prepare to rest up and take a nap. No proper restrooms. Horrible place to delivery to in general.

No overnight parking,No washrooms other than portable. Need to give the truck keys before they start unloading you. This is ridiculous.

The security guard in morning is too rude , he do racism with all the black and brown community, its request to manager of petco that please train your staff to behave equally with everyone
