I seriously don’t understand the extent of humanity’s apathy. I got off work, and due to life’s circumstances, I continued working somewhere else. I didn’t realize that I had run out of gas on my way home. So, I headed to the gas station to fill up, only to find out that, for whatever reason, I didn’t have money to pay for the gas.
My payment app, which had money in it, told me I had to wait until the next day. So, I decided to wait until midnight so I could finally fill up my car at this gas station. To stay calm, I explained my situation to the 7-Eleven clerk, whose name was Singh. He must be either an alien or completely heartless. I simply asked if I could park there for a few hours until midnight, and with absolute coldness, he searched for a thousand reasons to say no.
Because of that, I will never return to this store. What a disgusting person. But remember, everything in life is karma. God bless you all.

Shady characters at this 7/11.. coffee machine short changed me by about a third of a large coffee cup.. pointed it out to the clerks that it my need to be calibrated they acknowledged it like it was no big deal.. than tried to short change me at the register and acted like he made a mistake.. .YEAH RIIIIGHT!!..Bad enough that we have a ba inflation crisis..now we have to worry about these types of businesses too!!Sad!!

I stopped by today Dec 28 2023 at 8:50 am to get coffee,Coca, mineral water and 1 banana the total was 15.80 and I said to my self this isn't right the clerk ask me if I had a rewards card and I told him no he said he will put his on and it dropped to 13.80 . I ASKED FOR MY receipt and I checked he added stuff that I did not purchased so my point is don't buy there or check your receipt before you pay

Mostly a good location. Clean and the team is nice. Until yesterday when the clerk said that medium drinks are not eligible for slurpees. And I had to choose a large or extra large only. I showed him the UPC on the medium cup that said slurpee. But despite this communication failure he said that lids for mediums do not exist. Left and went down the road to the other location with no issues.

Good value for the price on coffee ☕️. Several flavors available, although I guess the flavors are only available until noon Monday through Friday. Always a very good service in the store.

there’s literally never been a single time i came to this store and not had trouble with the credit card machines at checkout. either the tap doesn’t work, swipe doesn’t work, chip doesn’t work. this time it’s asking for a PIN for a visa gift card and there’s no bypass option? i don’t get how this is the only store i’ve ever been to with any of these issues - and it’s EVERY time i come here

Visited Feb 2021 By far the rudest employees I have EVER encountered. Before I walked into the store, I encountered a snow and ice buildup on sidewalk and curb that had not been completely removed and it was impossible to avoid. I carefully made my way over the hazard and entered the store without incident. After entering the store, I encountered an associate who informed me that if I wasn't going to wear a mask then I needed to choose to shop somewhere else. I too am an associate for a 711 franchise and I took the disgruntled employee with a grain of salt. We all have our bad days and I tried not to take what was said directly to me personally. So I just disregarded the associate and continued through the store to make my selection. As I continued though the store, the same associate continue to voice their opinion about my "lack of concern for people around me". I nicely thanked the associate for their opinion, apologize and tried to quickly complete my purchase. While I completing my purchase, I asked if masks were state mandated and if so why was it not posted to inform the general public as they entered? My question fell upon deaf ears and I did not receive an answer to a very valid question. As I was leaving I informed the associate that I would INDEED be choosing to shop somewhere else in the future. After exiting the store, as I returned to my parked vehicle, I encountered snow and ice hazard again. It was impossible to avoid coming or going tomy vehicle, so I proceeded with caution in order to return to my vehicle. While doing this I slipped, fell and injured myself. It was obvious that the removal had been attempted to be removed. However it was not cleared and obviously not safe for customers. Several employees witnessed the accident, not one of them came to see if I was injured or to offer any assistance. When I re-entered the store to inform management of the accident and hazard outside. I was informed that the same associate was the supervisor on duty and was told that I should be more careful and watch where I'm walking to avoid this in the future. Honestly, I was appalled and frankly insulted that the supposed supervisor would respond in such a way. I shouldn't have been after the I counter minutes before. Due to the negligence of the store, I obtained an injury and the severity of my injury was not apparent until the next day. By then, I was multiple states and hundreds of miles away. Honestly, if I lived locally, I would have contacted not only the franchise owner but 7-Eleven corporate to report the incident. Honestly, I didn't want to deal with the hassle, aggravation and the possibly of encountering the same type mind set as the other associates. In my opinion it wasn't worth my time or effort. As former employee of 7-Eleven, I was appalled by the associates behavior and disregard for a customer's safety and well being. These were, by far, the rudest employees I have ever encountered at a 711. if I was manager or even the franchise owner of this store, I would have been mortified and shocked to find out employees were acting this way towards any customers. Excellent customer service is something that is expected from all 711 employees. Customer is king, whether they are nice or rude, right or wrong. Without customers you have no business and I would never willing shop at a store with such callousness and ignorance towards the public. I was tremendously disappointed in such service and in the future I will gladly take my business else where. This saddens me because I like to frequent 711 stores wherever I go in my travels. This experience will definitely make me think twice about visiting other 711 stores in the area. If the employees feel they can treat customers in such a manor, it would lead me to believe I would encounter the same from the other stores in this franchise. Honestly, if the associates act this way, management either encourages, promotes or leads by example with this type of behavior. I prefer to spend my money where there are friendly and he
