Great company and great services, but customer service lady has an attitude during conversations. Also, they don't provide tracking information for your order. Lady said we have been doing this way for many many years, and we don't provide tracking information unless you specially asked for.

My firm spent a lot of money to have announcements done. We needed them by December 1, but did not get them until today, January 6, 2012. Customer service claims that they put a rush on our order but that doesn't help us any. We are announcing something that happened on December 1, but they wont even be received until mid-January. More importantly, they do not look professional. Honestly, it looks like we just printed them out on cardstock and cut them ourselves. When we complained to customer service they basically blamed us for not coming up with suggestions to make the announcement look nice. They were not willing to do anything to make the situation better. I think the vendor should have some responsibility to make sure that the final product looks nice. When you hire a professional company to do something like this, you expect them to do more than fill the order. I am a lawyer and don't know anything about printing and designing announcements. I haven't been involved in making a formal announcement like this since I got married in 1996.
