“I bank with Citizens for my businesses, and I am telling you this is by far the best branch ever! The staff is friendly they greet me by name every time! They always make time to take care of every client with professionalism and respect! I recommend Citizens for personal and business accounts!”
“This branch definitely sets the tone for the company, many other branches are not at level as far as customer service experience and decoration as well, Aimee Perez was very helpful, caring and supportive as well definitely recommend!!”
“Excellent customer service by Annie who really understood our concern to open a new account today where other banks representatives are unable to find out the alternative documents to open a new account. Once in a while I used to walk in this branch but my previous experience with the bank especially with Annie was amazing and she is very polite and always helpful nature. Thank you very much Annie.”

“I absolutely love this Dunkin' Donuts. They are always kind friendly and expeditious. The gentleman that is usually behind the counter at the register always thanks me for being a health care hero. Makes my day. Way to go Dunkin' in Cranford NJ!”

“Nice place. It's plenty of parking. I like that the ATMs are inside and not outside. Never been inside the actual bank but it's nice and quiet and I doubt that it ever gets crowded unless I don't go on the crowded days lol”
“I have been a member since March of 1978 and have nothing but praise for Pat and Nancy's prompt and friendly handling of my account. Even moving farther away didn't impact their ability to expedite my requests. Thank you for all these years....â¤ï¸”

“I've opened my first bank account with my husband at this location and I got to say the bank attendants are so helpful! They generally care about their customers and are very professional. I would like to personally give a special shoutout to Jeanette Afonso. When I've bought my first home with my husband, she may sure our account was ready to the heavy expenses of furniture shopping. She is my go-to person when it comes to answering any questions. Valley Cranford, you have a customer for life!”
