Jon is the best!
OK - so, I never write reviews.... EVER! But I have to let everyone know how fantastic of a nail technician Jon is.
Every time I get a fill, I go in with a crazy design idea, and he does such a fantastic job. He is super sweet, and always checks to make sure you're getting EXACTLY what you want. Even to the point that he will pick out INDIVIDUAL FLECKS OF GLITTER to strategically place them into the design.
I cannot speak highly enough of him, and recommend that you do not walk, but RUN to make an appointment with him.

I’ve been coming here for the past two years to get my nails done right before a trip or a special occasion. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I like that they ask at each step whether or not I’m happy with the outcome which helps to make sure that I leave feeling very pleased with the design and color choice. My boyfriend gets me gift cards to this place for valentines as it’s well worth the money for the quality of the service and they give discounts if you pay in cash. They also have Venmo for each nail tech which makes it easy to tip. 10/10 would recommend 👍🏼

Updated: Came back for a nail fix after less than a week and they charged me for it?! I’ve been loyal since my first review and my current nails are a natural base color, so for them to charge me for my nail lifting soon after getting them done is wrong and not how you treat a very loyal customer.

I was very pleased with the service and attention I received. The place is clean, comfortable, and professional. They treated me with great care and patience, and the result was exactly what I wanted. You can tell they really care about their clients. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had such a bad experience here!!
Called ahead and was told to come in. Ended up staying three hours just to get a pedicure and one nail fixed. That’s actually crazy. Also annoyed that the Nail broke about a week after getting it done and was still charged to fix it.
So unorganized and they just tell everyone to come in without having the time or nail techs

I had a horrible experience. For starters I had an appointment at 10:30am for the fill ins. We get it and are told to be seated. We wait 1 and a half hour before even one of us got to the chair, even tho multiple people who came in after us where still getting seated befor us. I don’t sit down till 12:15 and extremely frustrated. Not one person came up to us or even acknowledged the issue even though i had gone up multiple times asking how much longer it would be. this is very disappointing and frustrating

was sitting in ELEGANCE nail salon since 1230 mind you That was my appointment time with Jon! when I walked in Jon was still doing someone else’s nails, he didn’t greet me! so another lady came over and started taking the paint off my nails she finished doing that like 1245. Why the heck was I still just sitting there @115 not being serviced. He didn’t even apologize to me or nothing for wasting my time! They could’ve at least called me you know and asked me Can I come a later time? They really just had me sitting there. I felt like that was very inconsiderate so I got up and left. I pay good money all the time. I will never spend it there again!

i am not one to leave reviews but this felt necessary… i had a bad experience since day 1 but my fault for giving this places multiple chances my first appointment took 3 hours to complete a gel manicure no design! and i was very over it i know nails take time but 3 hours for a simple gel manicure is insane mind u they were crooked which was the major delay … horrible but i still came back maybe it was a bad day WRONG every time it took so much time every time. i’ve only had one good experience for a simple gel pedicure
