We used Griswold’s caregivers and home health care aides for a couple of years and were very satisfied. With a few exceptions the caregivers were competent and helpful. Karen and Schnia are great to deal with and do a good job of matching workers and clients.

I will always be grateful to the folks at Griswold Home Care for Union County for the wonderful care they gave my husband. Dale and Melanie are skilled and competent caregivers and, even more important, caring and compassionate. Lee and Karen in the office are both responsive and efficient. They all made a very difficult time a little easier.

We began using Griswold Agency for aides on an hourly basis for my mother in law who was 94 years old. Gradually we increased the hours to a live in aide as her needs increased until the time she passed away. Needless to say we worked with many aides. All were competent and caring, some more than others. Overall working with Griswold Agency was a great experience. We would highly recommend them. Special thanks to Akua and Belinda!

Overall my satisfaction was with this company was good. As problems /issues arose throughout the years when I called all was corrected and adjusted. Have been with the company since December 2017 and the staff has changed over the years.

Lovely, caring women all whether on the phone with the supervisory team or with the ladies that came to help us with my wife’s mom these last seven months. I don’t want to leave anyone out because I forget the names of a few that were with us only briefly to cover for others. However, everyone connected with Griswold was excellent and my wife and I would most certainly recommend the service highly. With gratitude, the Kennedy/Hynes family.

Thank you so much Griswold for all you did for my aunt and uncle. Although my uncle was a bit of a stubborn man, every caregiver you sent had an amazing amount of patience. The office staff were so helpful in making sure that our constantly changing schedules were covered! We probably weren’t your easiest clients, but you always went way beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy! Thanks again!
