Hilltop NJ Bicycles is a premiere cycle shop filled with knowledgeable, helpful, and nice people. The shop offers the best in cycling products and repair services with passion, always treating a customer's bicycle as their own. The awesome and knowledgeable workers provide excellent service, from fixing tires and adjusting seats to answering questions and performing wizard-like repairs. They are helpful and patient, endeavoring to assist as quickly as possible. Many customers report a great purchase experience and excellent service all around, with fair prices. Some services, like putting air in tires or minor adjustments, are even done for free. The shop has multiple locations in New Jersey, including Cranford, Madison, and Summit. Customers drive from other towns to visit, citing the pleasurable and memorable experience that makes them feel welcome and taken care of.
Really well kept shop, wrenching done in the open, nice specialized selection and helpful people. My opinion, a good LBS is key in any good downtown, and HTB helps make Cranford’s a really idyllic downtown.
