I have no idea that I will be able to get approved for a loan . Then I took a chance and reached out to Jersey Mortgage . That’s when I met Gina she was full of energy and was eager to help. Even when I told her I wasn’t sure I would qualify. Because of Gina, my experience was great. The information that she gave me was helpful and I wouldn’t have any other way. Cathy truly went above and beyond working on my mortgage loan. My first mortgage years ago was night and day compared to working with Cathy and her team. She walked me through each step of the process. When I had questions, which was often, she always took the time to explain. I really appreciated it because it made me feel comfortable with this purchase. She was persistent from start to finish. I felt that I had someone not just working on my loan but working on my behalf. I am so happy with everything, happy with my purchase. Scott Simpson is extremely attentive and sensitive to the needs of his clients. He even came to our closing to show support. At the closing, it felt like we had someone in our corner, as he explained intricate details to us in a very easy to understand way. I love his sense of enthusiasm also. Great work Scott!

The team was very patient with us while we gathered all the necessary documents, even when deadlines were to close for comfort, and they explained why each document was needed to begin with.This was my first time going through the process and they definitely helped ease some of the anxiety that came with it!Big thank you to Al, Leonor, and Kristen!!
