DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My husband and I scheduled for a container to be delivered to our house at 3pm yesterday afternoon. At 3:15 it had yet to be delivered nor did we get a phone call. When my husband called to check on the status they said they were running late...hours later, they NEVER SHOWED up to deliver the container, NEVER reached out to let us know they wouldn’t be coming, and did not answer our calls. This morning when we called AGAIN, the supervisor refused to speak to us and spoke only through his/her receptionist. When we explained (through the receptionist) that we missed hours of work waiting for them AND they pushed back our demo project, they offered only $25 off the price! We dropped their services. Absolutely absurd, JMG!
