“When we needed to figure out a wine and alcohol list for our daughter’s wedding, we went to the House of Wine and Liquor in Westfield for advice. We had met Neil there previously and he always provided great wine suggestions so when we asked for help, he shared that he had years of wedding planning experience. Neil’s expertise gave us relief from the confusing online suggestions and calculators, and he quickly simplified our list. He took the wedding menu and gave us wonderful wine pairings for the meals. His brand selection was perfect and everyone was able to have their preferred drink at the bars. We are very grateful for his help with our event and for the expert and professional service he gave us.”

“The Wine Shop has an unassuming entrance on the corner of Main and Millburn. I was a little skeptical walking in when the front desk was empty and a voice out of nowhere shouted hi! My first glance of the shop was also not impressive - the cheaper items and liquors are in the front section. However, I was surprised to see how large the refrigerated area in the back was. Then, there is a large area to the right through an archway with an impressive collection of wines from varied varietals, regions, and price points. It was surprising and very impressive. Prices were all very reasonable in spite of being in downtown Millburn, and the owner actually was really sweet when I was checking out. I have no doubt he knew his stuff and would have helped me find something if I couldn't make a selection.”

“Local resident, I've been going to this place for years for business. Selection is fantastic for beer and liquor. They always have local brewed beers too. Pricing for higher items like Scotch tend to be a little above what else is priced locally but I rather come here for service and cleanliness. I've never used there catering/gift basket service/cheese. But that area looks awesome when browsing. Sometimes I get lucky and there's a vendor there giving away SWAG, got a pint glass last time. Thank you for serving the Westfield and surrounding communities.”
“Picked up cases of sparkling water in bulk (5-10 cases) on 3 occasions. Not a whole lot else in the immediate area that I'm aware of. Thankfully these guys are easy to deal with. Have a great selection of all the usual suspects. Prices are decent. The owner and staff seem fair and personable, which is half the battle when dealing with an industry that seems to be hell bent on being anti-consumer to protect their interests. Prices are also very good. The same owners also own Wittys Liquors in Rahway,NJ. The store in Rahway is a bit bigger and has more stock in my opinion. Same good quality prices and friendly staff.”

“This was a great experience. Ordering was easy, the product arrived quickly and I was VERY happy with Ponche Caribe Liqueur Pistachio! I have always loved anything Pistachio, this love started with pistachio pudding when I was a child. The Ponche Caribe is smooth, silky, and tastes extremely similar to my beloved pistachio pudding! It is wonderful as a dessert / after dinner drink by itself but also makes several fantastic cocktails. Great service and a great product, I will be ordering from Wine Chateau again in the future.”
