LLI has been extremely beneficial for our dental practice. Jerry and Matt have guided us with tax planning and business strategy for the past 4 years. I cannot say enough about my experience with Jerry and the rest of the team. I was provided their contact info. by my broker one year ago when I was in the process of searching for a dental practice to purchase. From the outset, Jerry made himself available to me to discuss the process, the pros/cons of prospective practices and has remained available to me even "off hours" when I needed to make a decision relatively quickly. It has truly been a pleasure working with Jerry and his team at LLI. As a 6 doctor, 5 office medical practice, it was imperative that we had a financial team behind us that would not only handle all of our tax requirements but also come up with better solutions for our day to day operations. Jerry has been a godsend as he's easy to communicate with and very responsive when he's needed to troubleshoot. When my partner and I began vetting new CPA firms, Jerry came highly recommended due to his experience with medical practices, mergers of groups and healthcare investments.
