I am a licensed real estate agent in NJ. I must tell you, all the top agents recommend Chris and Puro Clean in Cranford. Now I know why!!! Listen up everyone!! Beware of inspection companies that tell you you have mold and it must be remediated. Many swab tests are not credible. Call Chris, they will give you an honest evaluation and tell you if you truly need to remediate or not. I’m so impressed with this company and so are my grateful clients. If Chris says you need to remediate listen to him. If he says you do not he will tell you why. Such a wonderful company built on integrity!!! Thank you always Chris!!!!!!!!

I’m a recently retired insurance agent in the Summit area. In my 40 years in the business Chris and Robin Hoy were, far and away, the best restoration company I worked with. EVERY time I reached out they were responsive and professional. They treated our customers with respect and complete honesty. As you can imagine, we were asking Chris, Robin and their crew to step into some very difficult situations with people who were dealing with, in some cases, significant losses, sometimes from a personal standpoint, and others from a business issue. In all cases, their bedside manner was impeccable. Most importantly, their work was outstanding. I had occasion to call Chris and Robin for an issue at my home that, thankfully, turned out to be minor. It was Labor Day, and they were on their way home from vacation. I was not surprised they picked up the phone right away. The problem was addressed and taken care of right away.
Over the course of 40 years I worked with many different kinds of vendors in my business. Robin and Chris Hoy’s PuroClean Restoration Services business will always remain at the top of my list.

I highly recommend PuroClean for their honesty, professionalism and integrity. I recently contacted them for an estimate regarding water damage and mold concerns in my home.
After a careful inspection they informed me that I didn’t NOT have a mold problem (as previously reported by another company) and that no restoration services were necessary. Many companies might have taken advantage of the situation but PuroClean did the exact opposite and saved saved us unnecessary expense.

We recently had Chris from PuroClean conduct a mold inspection on our home, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all of our questions patiently, and helped us understand the severity of the situation in a way that was clear but not alarmist.
He provided a detailed report, complete with lab results and expert recommendations, which has been extremely helpful as we work through next steps with our landlord. It’s clear that Chris genuinely cares about his clients’ safety and peace of mind, and his attention to detail really sets him apart.
We’re so grateful for his expertise and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a mold inspection. Thank you, Chris!

Good communication.
