Always a quick transaction till you can't show up in person. Call on hold for 30 minutes. If my account means less then the folks in front of you that's fine. Info on web is not correct should I bank elsewhere. Let me know y9u can cut me a check and I'll go elsewhere! Answer I'm on hold!

On the afternoon of August 16th, I went to deposit $500 in cash. The staff took the money and walked to the back. I don't know where she goes? EDIT: 4-8-22 Went back again today. Teller was unprofessional and I told her so. That said, I'm keeping them at 1-star until I see improvement. This bank is closest to me, so why should I use a different branch? I'll just go in expecting poor service. Maybe someday they will get their act together and surprise me.Original Review: This bank is closest to where I live and I use it often. I have to be honest and say of all the TD Banks I've used since I came onboard last summer, this one if the least friendly. You're not welcomed when you come in. And the manager, Will, who signed me up, never says "hello" to me. He actually turns his head when he sees me but will say "hello" to a man also in line. Perhaps he's a misogynist. Moving forward, I'll go out of my way to use other TD Banks when I have to go in. These ones are much friendlier: Montclair, Scotch Plains, West Caldwell, Fairfield. Crandford needs to up their game because right now they are losing.

There is one Asian man start working there. He seemed he doesnt know what he is doing. He also ignore what i said and keep processing it. I start complaining to him because he brushed me off and keep doing that i didnt ask him to do.later manager came out and protecting this worker without trying to listen from customer point of view.Manager also was pointing out my manner was rude but im trying to explain why i became like this to point out what the asian worker did to me.Manager was against customer and not trying to help the situation.I asked asian worker name to manager and the manager said " why you have to know "Is that correct attitude from manager ?You should trying to underatand why customer was frustrate about.Not just telling customer "you are rude".

Unprofessional and rude. Was given the wrong information several times which caused me much wasted time. Management offered no apology. This is the worst banking experience I’ve ever encountered.

UPDATE: Three days later, I'm changing from a 5 to a 3. The website is hard to navigate. When my cards were given to me, my name was wrong "Mary A" instead of my name Maryanne. Now I have to make another trip to the bank to fix this. It's eating up all my free time and so not fair -- all because a criminal hacked my card and I made a switch. There has to be an easier way.After my debit card was hacked at Wells Fargo, I decided to give TD Bank a try. Will Stankevicius was fantastic helping me set up my checking and savings accounts. He explained everything in depth. I was there for over an hour learning about all TD Bank has to offer. He even showed me how to use the ATM machine. I look forward to banking with TD.

Ok, normally I give everything a chance but after this experience I decided to write a review. If large sum check can not be deposited via ATM then a sign should be posted and not find out through online message "see SM". I called headquarters and was given the instructions then followed up by calling the branch. I showed up and after confirming the information, the SM was rude when told that he'll need to send a message to Fraud department to release the hold on my deposit as it was confirmed. His response was rude "I'm busy on something".. . I'm sorry but I work as Customer Service Representative and you give total attention to your customer. I would had been ok if he would had said "let me finish this and I'll reach out the department soon after". He needs a refresher on Customer Service 101.
