We ordered custom shirts for our water sprinkler company, and the whole process was smooth and professional. We scheduled an online video meeting to discuss the design, and they were very patient and helpful, even though we're not experts in this kind of stuff. The shirts arrived earlier than we expected, and the quality was top-notch. We're really happy with how everything turned out and will definitely use them again in the future!

I had the absolute worst experience with Think D’sign Print. Their customer service is non-existent, and they lack any accountability for their mistakes. I purchased 5 shirts to have my name embroidered, and it took them over two weeks longer than they originally stated. When I tried to reach out to them to see what the issue was, their phone was out of service, so I had to go to the store in person.
They told my girlfriend that they had forgotten the design and needed further information, even though they already had the shirt I wanted them to replicate. To make matters worse, they made a misspelling error on all five shirts, rendering them useless. Their response was that they would redo the embroidery for free, but I would have to repurchase the shirts, taking a $103 loss on the original purchase.
I informed them that this was not fair and threatened to protest in front of the store and write a negative review if they didn't make it right. The owner eventually obliged and refunded me the total amount, but not before telling me I was rude and needed therapy.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend Think D’sign Print to anyone. 0 stars!

If I could leave zero stars I would. From day 1 I didn't get a good vibe from Brian or his partner. Not sure if they had a thing against church ministries or what, but it was not easy to deal with them. In my opinion they work at an extremely slow place compared to other locations. When we first got there and showed them what we wanted and for them to beginning working on it its at least 1 week. I wanted to provide my own shirts but they said if I do, any printing errors would be my responsibility so I went with their product (which of course cost more). After weeks of going back and fourth with design proofs and weeks of production on the shirts we finally get the finish product and it was nowhere near our expectations! The font color wasn't what we asked for, the DTG shirts were stained from the heat, and the words were crooked!!! I took the product home and analyzed it, I went back to the store the next day and mentioned this to them. To my surprise he didn't acknowledge any error and even said the font was not crooked (completely shocked me how blind someone could be), and that's when he decided to pull the plug on us and not offer their business. They're entitled too refuse their business, so this review is to avoid anyone else headaches or the hassle of weeks of work so at the end it all goes down the drain because of business refusal. Thank God we found another more professional company that managed to complete our whole order (correctly with no errors) in a matter of days! (Uniform Creations in Elizabeth, check them out!).

I had the BEST experience with Think D’sign Print! I moved to Cranford a few months ago and when I was looking for customized gifts for my co-teachers I decided to try a local shop instead of going to Etsy or Amazon. Every step of the way they were incredibly helpful and informative. I got 3 sweatshirts and 3 hoodies embroidered with a custom logo I had designed and they came out better than I ever could have imagined. The material of both products is really nice quality and the embroidery looks amazing,My co-teachers were amazed and SO excited. I genuinely can’t wait for an excuse to go back!

From my first time walking into the store, I was welcomed by Brian, his brother and their sweet dog. I needed a few different apparel items and he was able to help me with them all as well as some new ones. He sent me detailed information regarding pricing and different color options. Any questions I had I was able to get a quick response. When the items were made they were BEAUTIFUL! Can’t recommend them more highly. Can’t wait to put in another order.

I have contacted maybe two or three other local printing businesses and have had some work done by one other. I continuously return to Brian and Dennis because they know their stuff. Period. I have never had a negative experience with them over the past year or so. I’m just waiting for my company to blow up so I can purchase larger quantities and continue to support them. Their customer service is impeccable.

These guys are FANTASTIC. I’m a repeat customer. They’ve done all sorts of things for me, from printing shirts for me and my coworkers, to printing on sashes for my best friend’s bachelorette party, to custom embroidering on a blanket I bought for my friend’s newborn. They helped me get a bunch of good-quality masks for back-to-school, which was something I was so stressed about trying to find. They even help support other local small businesses. Their work is great, and their service is impeccable.
