I have been a client of 1st 2nd Mortgage for 3 years now and it's been nothing but great service all the way. Marco Dinello helped me get my dream home for me and my family, something I would've never thought of in million years, and he made it happen during the beginning of the pandemic. With so many obstacles that I've been through to get my house during the start of covid, Marco Dinello was there for me step by step, encouraging me and fighting for me until I had the keys in my hands, and has helped me last year also to refinance the house. We had such a great experience with 1st 2nd mortgage! Rafi was wonderful to work with. As first time home buyers, the purchasing process was overwhelming and Rafi and his team truly helped us navigate and become familiar with our loan. DO NOT USE CAROLINA FRANI. We tried to get in contact with her DAYS ago. No response. She finally answers on the last day offers are being accepted. Long story short, we did not get the approval letter in time (got back to us as late as 8p). Unprofessional when she does respond and inconsiderate of our time. Will be working with a different mortgage company.
