How does 7-11 not have e ice in the fountain drink machine? The ice maker is broken, easy fix, take some bags of ice and empty them into the machine, it’s not difficult.

the Indian man is so rude and the girl that works there I don't know if they are related but the girl clearly does not want to be there the man is so mean last time I went I took ramen and a stick of cheese the cheese was moldy at that bact and expired in 2020 we where in 2024 he gave an additude and also last time they stalked us we had to go to the police

3 times I have ordered from door dash in same store 3 times I got different item I ordered French Vanilla latte but they send me just regular coffee no sugar no milk nothing including and food are worst I try hot dog and chicken wing 0 attention for customers orders 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The owner and girl that work there are so rude and nasty and cheap and dirty. I went in when I was sick to get ginger ale and gatorade. Bought 5 drinks and got one bag. The bag broke on the way out and the owner yelled at me and told me to shut up. They should be shut down.

I’m just 10 years old, when I go there an Indian Lady about a teenager always ask me “are you going to buy something” then I go to the self checkout and I can’t because I’m a kid, then I go to the regular checkout and she tells me to hurry up. Nah I’m good.

you come in, buy something to eat and drink very often and park to eat, but the parking lot is completely empty and someone comes up and says that you can only park here for 5 minutes. This is the last time I'll go there.

Got my friend a bag of kitkats unwrapped through doordash. thank god i checked the packaging before handing it to her- because there was a giant hole which resembled a mouse entering/biting. Disgusting. And wonder who this could have happened too as well, and want to make someone aware in case they encounter same thing. Hope no one else receives their items in same conditions and hopefully 7/11 could be better for their customers.

I go to this 7 eleven frequently because it’s the only one near my house. Every time the workers have a strange attitude. One time I was there with my daughter and her friends and they told us to get out for simply being there. We weren’t talking or bothering anyone, just walking around buying some things. They are so unbelievably rude and one time talked about me right in my face and me and friend understood every single word. My daughter has told me multiple times on how she has gotten kicked out for no reason. Staff are super entitled and a high ego. If you have anger issues, I warn DO NOT GO!! Overall throughout all the times I’ve been there the workers have ruined my experience.

I placed an Uber Eats order here, and they didn't have the items I wanted, which is fine. What is not fine is for them to make the executive decision to substitute the items with old, expired food. I'm reporting them to the BBB because this is ridiculous.

If you’re not a pretty white girl or a cool old white dude ? they don’t give you the discounts on the yellow stickers. I’ve already tested this 3 different times, I grabbed some monster energy drinks and they charged me for them separately when the sticker said 2 for $4. Then I tried a different day with some other items and the same thing happened. The people working there also have a weird attitude like you’re bothering them just by giving them business. The same employees work in the other stores around the area. ??♂️ I would avoid the 7/11s around here.

09/04 neat clean store, friendly staff. 1 issue have one front door locked during store hours ( emergency exit access blocked ).

7-11 standards are low, that being said this place has friendly staff and is usually cleaner than other locations. No one is really eating the food they make (right? I hope) but everything looks like there’s some care put into it.
