I have been coming to this place for a long time with my family and not once in 20 years have they messed up a dry cleaning. Anything I throw their way they can easily clean. You just drive up to the door, they come out and they literally hang it inside your car.

Very disappointed with the service we received. My wife brought in a pair of my sons pants to take the hem out (lengthen) and they took 3 inches off instead. Had to argue to get our money back for the bothced alteration and they refuse to replace the pants.**UPDATE**. Eventually they did the right thing and fix the error. Not thrilled with the amount of back and forth it took, but the job is done.Service: Alterations

I found buttons on all of my jacket were scratched after dry cleaned. Other cleaners usually use the button covers to protect the scratches. I don't know why they don't use the covers. They ruined my jacket.

Very happy with the work and prices at Cresskill Cleaners. We trust them not only with suits and light sewing, but also with vintage items that take heavier cleaning and patching. They always deliver on time, and are nice and professional.

They do a fantastic job. I've been going here since 2005 and they never let me down. From regular work clothes to dry cleaning winter jackets, they do A+ work on everything. And they are friendly too! Also, if you are in a hurry, you can take advantage of the drive-thru. But there's plenty of parking if you are not down with the drive-thru stuff!

Very nice and helpful people run this cleaning establishment. They go the extra mile for their customers sewing on missing button and spot cleaning. Never had to return a garment for re-cleaning since we started to use them about a year ago. The drive up is very convenient and easy. Very satisfied with the product and service.

Awesome place. They do eco-friendly cleaning and have an awesome drive up service. Staff is very helpful, price is good for the area and turn around time is excellent!!!
